Actually, there is some talk it might go F2P in general. We should find out soon if it's true or not.
Yep, this game is going to be a huge winner this holiday.
The pic is from a Dev diary.
Judge for yourself. Here is a screen of gameplay in First and Third person.

It's looks fantastic.
This is the first time Frostbite 3 has not been held back by last generation, this is not a launch game, this will have less destruction being less taxing on the engine, this game will have an insane budget because the marketing opportunities and its made...
Microsoft is a corporation and they themselves say they only focus on 2 months of the year, the rest is preseason.
Nintendo is a corporation and they worked as little as possible for third party support and are pretty uncooperative in general.
Sony has done a lot of things right and it's why the other 2 together don't have the sales of the PS4.
It's not as simple as "they're a corporation, they work hard."
For people who don't get off being negative about everything, here's a gameplay screenshot showing First and Third person.

The game looks fantastic. Although no galactic conquest is disappointing.
Consumer money matters just as much as the company money. It's not just to the highest bidder, other things are taken into consideration like regional fanbase and worldwide consumers.
You'll see.
Don't think this just goes for marketing either, this also goes for timed exclusive rights and third party exclusives.
The SWBF and COD BO3 deals represent a change in the industry. PS4 is the leader in every country on planet earth. PS4 is now the focus. The amount of money from Microsoft received has to alleviate the revenue earned from double the fanbase. Why would you release exclusive DLC for a lesser fanbase. People want to advertise to the largest fanbase, they have no allegiance. COD was an Xbox marketed franchise because Xbox 360 had the majority of the US locked down, not anymore.
From what I've heard, most of these deals and agreements were done on the tail end on the ps3. Most of the exclusive deals and agreements since the PS4s announcement have not been announced yet. Star Ocean and Dragon's Dogma were both made before the PS4 launched for example. The JP market IMO has realized the mistakes of last gen and want to go back to what worked for them previously.
Like you said, great time to be a JRPG gamer. If you own a PS4.

Capcom actually has a lot of interesting stuff in the pipe line. Them and Square seem to be more focused on what people want from them lately, more than last gen in my opinion.
There is a lot going on with Kingdom Hearts right now, Kingdom Hearts Remix Collection is coming to PS4 soon. It's one of the PS4 games Square will announce this year.
Yep. CreamSugar is legit. Sale's matter. If you wonder why the Wii U gets no Third Party support, look no further.
E3 is going to be fun.
I'm not just talking about Black Ops 3. Which they did lose. They attempted to get timed exclusive rights for Mass Effect and were denied.
Microsoft can offer a lot of money for rights or advertising to try to sway publishers. But consumers money is also relevant when making these decisions and the 2:1 install base in favor of PS4 is hard for publishers to pass up.
When you look at consumer base for things like DLC, it only makes sense from a publishers p...
It's not by choice. But I agree, it's better for them to focus on First party titles right now.
Third parties aren't as willing to work with them as they once were.
Not even close.
:)
Remasters, are good. Ground up PS4 versions are better.
:)
Third parties in general aren't as eager to work with Microsoft as they once were. This goes for exclusives and marketing.
Way more than that. I know Square has multiple PS4 exclusives in development. So does From Software.
People should just calm down and stop over analyzing every thing to do with every game ever made.
People act like Demos, Stage shows, previews and reviews don't exist. Instead they just harass these people on social media for clicks.
