They have had to keep bringing more development teams on the project, rumors of development problems, it was one of the first games shown this generation and it's made by Ubisoft.

When you really think about it, it seems like they have a serious lack of faith in this console. It's a bad image to present.

Also the PS4 sold more worldwide than the Xbox One last holiday when Microsoft dropped the price and people said the PS4 has no games.
The PS4 will sell more this holiday as well, nothing suggests otherwise.

That's not beating around the bush at all, the investor are more interested in mobile.

Not really, but the other hand it doesn't say the opposite.
This is standard for a bigger console publisher in mobile. Before the bigger publishers would try to push out lots of mobile, now they are focusing on a smaller amount of meatier titles.
