Well a gaming generation is greatly remembered and defined by the games that was released during that time period rather than any industry related tactics or business.
That's from the article. So if anyone still believes this guy is not at fault to why SE is having a lackluster generation and needs to be fired is beyond me.
There are only few great JRPGs that really stood out this generation and into our consoles.
Lost Odyssey (360)
Valkyria Chronicles (PS3)
Tales of Vesperia (360/PS3) [PS3 ver only in Japan]
Xenoblade (Wii) [No NA release date]
We still do have a couple to look forward to:
Last Story (Wii) [No NA release date]
Tales of Xillia (PS3) [No localization yet]
Ni No Kuni (PS3) [Next year!]
Most ...
For me these are the most memorable FF scenes, not sure if you can consider them magical but to me they defined the magic of each FF games.
FFIV: Cecil's transformation
FFV: Galuf's death
FFVI: Opera scene
FFVII: Intro
FFVII CC: Angeal vs. Genesis vs. Sephiroth
FFVII DC: Battle of Midgar
FFVIII: Ballroom dance scene
FFIX: Bahamut vs Alexander
FFX: Yuna's rescue
FFX-2: Yuna singing 1000 Words ...
Wow epic fail. lol! How did that happen? XD
Double post~ :(
But so far I have immensely enjoyed the playing following games (released this year):
Yakuza 4 (PS3)
InFamouse 2 (PS3)
Mass Effect 2 (PS3 ver)
Xenoblade (Wii)
Radiata Historia (NDS)
Persona 2: Innocent Sin (PSP)
This reminds me to pick up Ace Combat Assault Horizon and Red Dead Redemption GOTY before LA Noire Complete Ed, Zelda: Skyward Sword and Uncharted 3 comes out~
Does it matter when he became CEO? The only thing that matters is that after Wada began pleasing his beloved share holders this generation, the development of games from SE has lost its focus.
Delays, bad releases or no development at all.
And your wrong if you believe the share holders controls a direction of a company. The board controls the company and at the top is the CEO. So Wada has plenty of things to do with all of this.
They are the...
I'm willing to give this game a shot but my full confidence in SE will only return once I see Wada fired.
Ironic isn't it.
When the fans of a certain platform calls the fans of another platform the worse, yet their very actions are just the same as the ones they ridicule. lol!
And they'll keep on denying it.
Oh no man, I completely understand what your saying.
I've said before that the localization of JRPGs to the west sadly hinges on unrealistic sales expectation of the Japanese companies that makes them.
So if ever Bamco does continue the trend and doesn't bring over Xillia because they had an unrealistic sales expectation for Graces: F or Abyss 3D then I will be immensely disappointed at them again.
Ah I see what your saying, it is misleading and I doubt the game was ever repackaged again or we would have had an official announcement from Bioware or EA.
My grandfather purchased a Pacman arcade for (us) kids to play with, needless to say the grown-ups where the ones playing it. lol!
So my dad decided to get an Atari 2600 and ever since I've been playing video games.
I got the PS3 version of ME2 and you get all the DLC missions and characters. I'm pretty sure not all the costumes and weapons are included... you do get the Blood Dragon Armor.
The only DLC that is not included in it is "Arrival" which came afterwards.
That credit back scheme is making me seriously want to be a PS+ member if it pushes through.
I agree, I like the list myself. :3
I'll be deeply shock if Bamco based the release of Xillia in the west with the sales of Graces: F because Xillia easily doubled the sales of Graces: F in Japan and usually that alone is a good indicator of a game getting localize.
So Bamco localize this baby and take my cold hard earned cash!!!
Reggie I have nothing against the 3DS, I think its a fine device with some fine games I'm really interested on...
BUT!
My question to you is... Where are the NA release dates for Xenoblade and Last Story for the Wii?
You should have made it more clear that it was a joke. ^^;;
Like putting /s on there or something.
Looking forward to Ni No Kuni and Tales of Graces: F~
