Not really surprising since most of the game we want to play does not require you to go online and PSN is free, so those who want to play multiplayer does not need to put their CC info on.
And if you want to be safe you can always use a card to top up your account.
In this day and age, hacking is part of life, we just learn to adjust and live with it.

If you are able to pause the cutscene I think it wouldn't be an issue but if there is no option to pause the cutscenes and then you don't have a movie gallery, then I do see the problem there.

Re-viewing the cutscenes does not make or break the game, its a cool option to have but to me its a none issue.
In the end that score will mean nothing because a game is defined by the fans who play them and not by the reviewers who scored them.
I hope SE do release a Vita version for NA/EU that would be sweet~
VC is a very good game with a very good story. You should definitely give it a try.
Out of all of those only God Hand and Pokemon Snap are the only ones I've missed.
