...ignorant as pathetic as always. :o
27 months...that's 9 WHOLE MONTHS shy of 3 years, and still has the X-mas season left to go. Don't worry, by this time next year, MS will STILL have several million on Sony, and a much stronger library to boot.
...but then again, this isn't a gaming SITE. It's just a cover for a Sony Protection site. :o
My post CLEARLY says "barely OVER half"...O-VER. If we are to believe that the PS3 is at 11 million sold, then you must also believe the 360 is above the reported 17.7 million. PS3 is currently at about 9.5 million SOLD, and 360 is at about 16.5 million SOLD...which puts the PS3 at 57.5% of 360 sales, and BARELY OVER HALF.
The 360 had an equally rocky launch...or do all Sony fanboys just choose to ignore that fact?
Let me lay it out for you:
- After 27 months, the 360 still sells on par with it's competitors.
- After 27 months, the 360 still holds a huge lead over the PS3...the dominate console from last gen.
- With all of the "RROD" negativity...for 2 YEARS now...the 360 STILL dominates in software sales, and competes equally on hardware, ev...
...you're one of those morons, who thinks that the 360 dominates software sales, even with over half of their consoles in repair? Yeah...you're a bright one. :o
is that the PS3 sales are barely over half of that. :(
Pay B3yond :p
...for UT3. If Epic had released it on 360 at the same time, they'd have sold over 1 million copies for the 360 ALONE.
With the new Premium/Pro pricedrop, you could just add an extra $50 to that, and have the most badass bundle ever created. o_O
GTA:SA and VC were last-gen games, on single-layer DVDs ; those 2 games COMBINED would still fit on a single DVD9, with a few gigs to spare. Factor in that all 360 game content utilize full compression techniques (unlike bloated PS3 titles, that utilize no compression, and STILL can't fill up Blu-Ray discs), and it's likely that the DLC would clock in around 2-3 GB TOTAL, for both "episodes". Oblivion's Shivering Isles Expansion...by FAR the largest piece of DLC released for the 3...
...but unless Sony ALSO coughs up $50 million, I see no reason to feel the PS3 got slighted. Don't cry to Rockstar...blame Sony for being complacent.
This guy had such a hard time finding 10 bad games on the 360, he actually had to pick a few multiplatform games to fill it out. :p
LOL...typical ignorant Sony fanboy. "Gothic" refers to a time period, NOT black-wearing emo kids, you pathetic jackass. :o
1.) 'I Love Xbox 360' has no fuching clue what a question is.
2.) Dark Sniper: You'll never get laid, so there's no chance you'd ever get pregnant anyway. :o
3.) @ ChrisGTR1 : Actually, the XBOX was the best last-gen console, hardware/feature wise. ;)
I guess it's true...the games are always greener on the other side.... :p
I really thought Gothic 3 would have been on next-gen consoles...or at least ported to the 360. Now, such a niche game, and an old franchise to boot...not sure why they'd bother bringing the 4th to consoles, unless PC sales have fallen off tremendously.
Has Sony not done the EXACT SAME THING??? Yes...yes they have.
Um, the Human Torch was Johnny STORM, not FLAME. :o
...since GTA was a well established franchise...even before the PS2..., and Condemned was a brand new IP....but I get your drift. ;)
...that the PS3's best selling title, is multiplatform. So much for all those AAA first-party exclusives the fanboys keep bragging about. :o
