To be honest, I really don't understand why some devs bother bringing sequels to a console, that never saw previous entries. Of course, I'm only talking about games that have a story...not something like Ace Combat 6, which was always a PS2 exclusive, but landed on the 360. For instance, Condemned 2 makes absolutely no sense on the PS3. Likewise, games like Prey 2, Bioshock 2, Mass Effect 2 & 3...they simply won't make sense on another platform, without the previous game(s) in the libr...
There's no such thing as a "Britt". Brits...with ONE "t"... are from Great Britain...hence the similarity in the spelling. Citizens of Australia are typically called Aussies.
It's really sad, when the only purpose someone's brain appears to serve, is filling the void between their ears. :o
...Australia will see a lot of GTVG....Grand Theft Video Game. :o
...but we all know the answer to that. :o
Remember when Assassin's Creed was a "PS3 exclusive; no other platforms have been announced" ? Remember when Splinter Cell: DA was "cancelled" for the PS3, only to be revived and released months later?
Fact: If this game sells less than 2 million copies...which is likely...it WILL be released for 360/PC. I guarantee most of the dev work's already been done for the other platforms.
Everyone knows MS will hold back Fable 2 for the X-mas holiday, along with Gears 2 and probably Too Human as well. This summer/fall will see mostly multiplatform releases, and a lot of info on unannounced exclusives. MS still haven't officially announced Project Offset, Elveon, Mass Effect 2, Bioshock 2, All Points Bulletin, Dead Island, Warhound,Champions (MMO)...others I can't remember ATM.
...at ignorant Sony fangirls.
I was just telling my wife about an interview in Game Informer with Bill Gardner, new head of Eidos. He said that there "absolutely" was reason to expect a next-gen revival of the LoK/Soul Reaver franchise. Very exciting to think about. :)
I can't wait to play this...when it comes out in 2018, on the XBOX 1080. :o
N4SFG....News 4 Sony Fan Girls. :o
Um, no. Did the link I provided not make it simple enough for you? That's a direct conversion...to the penny. I don't know where you got your figures...but you're wrong.
...have issues. Go read a book or something....if you can. :o
...360 gamers are missing out on a shooter. Whatever will they have to fill that FPS void? :o
BTW, the joke's on Sony/Ubi/Free Radical. However much Sony paid to keep this exclusive, is simply $$ down the drain; this game will do good to sell 2 million copies on the PS3.
1.) This has absolutely NOTHING to do with gaming.
2.) The morons above me are too ignorant to understand that fact.
3.) As yet more proof that this site is run by Sony fanboys, NONE of the above comments will be deleted...but mine likely will.
"excessive amount of money at stake"
Dude...it's less than $200 ($187.43, in fact http://www.mspconverter.com... )...no need for a Federal investigation. o_0
The environment is obviously PS2/Wii rendering, while the Hulk model has the next-gen look; other than that, only better lighting/shadows will distinguish this from last gen. I'll still pick this up, because I loved H:UD so much, but they should have made a pure next-gen version. :o
...not even close. COD4 is a distant 3rd, behind GOW...by about 1.5 million. Of course, it still outsold the PS3 version. :o
He's talking about 360 vs PC...just like the PC version of ME is coming 7 months after the 360 version. ME2 will incorporate gamesave data and stats from ME1 ; there's no way in hell the PS3 will get this game.
Then again, there's always the possibility that the PS3 will get the entire trilogy down the road....like in 2012; after all, history has shown that the PS3 tends to get the 360's cold leftovers. :)
Mass Effect 2 will incorporate gamesaves and stats from Mass Effect 1...which means PS3 owners would have NO CHANCE of getting ME2.
I thought the Dual Quads, or "V8s" as some people call them, were considered 8-core processors. If not, and those are merely dual 4-cores...does that mean we'll see a V12 before long??
At this pace, even the Cell will be outdated within 3-4 years ; the next XBOX will likely need a Dual Tri-core, just to keep up with the mid-level specs for Windows PC ports. o_0
