I respect your opinion but my problem is, when I say the 360 is better I give a factual reason to support what I say. What I can't stand is PS3 fans tend to have no fact to support there opinion, or misconstrued facts and try to mount an argument to tell everyone else they are idiots, or wrong for thinking 360 is better or the PS3 isn’t worth the price. The worse part is these fanatics (PS3 Fanboys), will swear up and down that what ever news is heard from creditable sources are untrue if the...
ROFL
Very good news for MS, looks like the box 360 may just get the beloved FF series. That would hurt the PS3 big time.
Well the problem I see with Sony working out there problems is they seem to show a very poor track record of doing so. Look at all the failed DVD drives of the PS2 never fixed. The problem with backward compatibility was reported sometime back, but Sony insured us it would be fixed by launch time and they were going to put a PS2 chip in the system to fix this (Launch has happened and still problems.) BLU-RAY it has taken them 1 year to work out problems with it and production, and we are stil...
LOL Soo True (Fanboy Alert) if this article was about the Xbox 360 sucking they would be all over it but when it’s the PS3 it has to be some type of conspiracy.
Resident Evil 5 is going to be on Xbox360 so is GTA and it's not exclussive to PS3. :) DCM4 might port over later as capcom is making all its titles cross platform.
If you make the Developers happy the games will come.
They also made a statment about look Sony would never do that to fans like MS, we will be 100% compatible Day one. Then there were news reports saying they couldn't do it but when they confronted Sony they said no it will be 100% by launch time.
They couldn't get the problem with the DVD drives for PS2 to go away, then I do recall a battery problem. Problems with production. Well the good news is there is no problems playing movies.
Doesn't sound too good for the BLU-RAY camp.
RTS on consoles still don’t compare to those on PC (Mouse and Keyboard). MMORPG’s haven’t done to well on consoles. Flight Simulator games. Some games just play better with a standard Mouse and Keyboard and if you find one that doesn’t you can always pick up a game pad or joy stick.
The graphics are generally better then what can be offered on a Console (yes I know there are a few crappy looking PC games.)
Next you don’t have all the political drama you have with...
If I recall everyone has been waiting for the PS3 so they can compare it to the Xbox 360 and play and stop watching CGI about what the system could do. If you will read most of the reviews PS3 isn’t stacking up to the competition even in Japan. Please don’t bring up the success of the PS2 because the PS3 isn’t selling as well as the PS2.Yes, we all know about the delays with the BLU-RAY. Well if they can’t build the thing how do they expect to sell it? Wait I know IOU’s. Who ever thought of t...
Not true at all. The specs in that PC are so new most games aren't developed for it yet. In most cases all you need to do is just upgrade the video card. There are many games on PC's still playing with P4's. He will be able to game with this system for at least the next 3 to 4 years easy.
The worse part is the games that came out on both systems seem to get a better review on the Xbox 360. Oo and let us not for get RFOM, considered good review but it was said didn't make any advancements to its genre but copied existing games (Halo Vehicle, Call of Duty, Half-Life). I would say that’s lack of innovation and Ridge Racer 7, isn’t innovation sounds like a repeat with better graphics. www.tothegame.com Sony really doesn’t have many games coming out of it that are exclusives in 07 ...
I guess now we are starting to see why we saw hours and hours of CGI at E3 and no game play.
I thought Next Gen started when Sony said?
Couldn’t be said better.
Really smart move. Europe’s game market is almost as large as the US, so if MS grabs that they will more than make up for there lost in Japan, will also get Japan Dev’s to rethink there stance against developing for the 360.
This article seems more like speculation then fact. Yes in most cases add-ons generally don’t sell well. In the case of the Xbox 360 it’s sold more add-ons and accessories then any console in history, with most of its users buying at least 3 add-ons in average or more. Reports are showing PS3 has less then the amount sold in Japan even buying games. Also with reports of HDMI problems…How can we declare any type of winner or an edge for Blu-Ray?
I don’t have a problem with extra storage capacity, the problem is with BLU-RAY as a technology. BLU-RAY has taken Sony 10years to develop and it’s still having manufacture problems. That says a whole lot right there; it’s a very buggy and difficult to manufacture meaning expensive for consumers. The other thing is there are new technologies releasing this coming year that from day one yield a higher storage capacity and are easier to produce. Why should we adopt BLU-RAY or HD-DVD when they a...
