CryEngine 3 has DX11.
Crysis 2 doesn't have it fully implemented, yet.
As usual, I'm impressed by the video. I'm glad that artists can have such precice control over how the end product looks. Having it update in front of their eyes in real-time must be incredibly useful.
I'm glad there are engines (this, Frostbite 2.0, Unreal's future updates, whatever Witcher 2 uses, etc) that are pushing PC hardware to the limits.
Nice setup!
Ah, SBS. Sex with a Bit of Soccer. ;D

The first post is constantly updated.
Bubbles for teaching me a new word. :D
Looking forward to screens and videos. I'm glad more engines are taking on DX11.
Even though Unreal Engine gets a lot of hate, a good developer can make great games using it, such as the Bioshock series, Batman: Arkham series, Mirror's Edge, etc.
It's three years into the future.
Sounds and looks incredible! I'm glad the PC is the lead platform. It's time to flex the GPU's muscles.
I'm very impressed with the length DICE goes to record realistic audio.
Everyone makes mistakes. The most important thing is that you learn from them.
You have learned well. ;D
Ah, thanks for that.
Battlefield 3 won't be "just another shooter."
I'm sure you won't need to run it at max settings to have it looking much better than consoles.
It's pre-alpha, too.
I'm glad that DICE hasn't been infected with consolitis. They are actually pushing PC's, as BF3 only supports DX11.
Edit: And DX10.
The lighting!
The models!
The animations!
The textures!
The particle effects!
The sound design!
Battlefield 3: It only does everything. ;D
Me too!
I'm really glad that they're including a mission creator, because the side missions in inFamous 1 got pretty repetitive, especially if you did more than one playthrough.
I've always loved things like Far Cry's map creator, Halo's forge, LBP, etc. Community content is incredible on PC, so I'm glad that it seems to be seeping into big name console games!
Will definitely be buying this.
Same.
Trico better not die!

Sounds pretty interesting, actually. Hopefully it turns out well.
Meanwhile at Crytek: http://i.imgur.com/vvqLF.jp...
This stinks of EA forcing Crytek to release far too early . . . even though it was already delayed once.
Hopefully it'll mean they'll be putting extra polish on DX11. This will be the flagship title until BF3, for sure.
EA did not invent private conferences.
More ≠ better.
It seems as if Crysis 2's gameplay is suited to smaller squad battles, not large scale stuff.
