I wasn't impressed with the first Halo 4 stuff to come out, but this is just looking cooler and cooler.
Unless, somehow, the Flood show up. I'll never buy another Halo game that features the Flood. I hate them so. (Of course, this article is about multiplayer, where the Flood will almost certainly not appear, but I stand by what I said).
We've been dealing with a lot of same-ness in gaming for years, but it still sucks to see Dead Space and Resident Evil looking more and more shootery with each sequel.
I'd love a LEGO DC Universe game if LEGO Deathstroke: The Terminator showed up.
Good point!
I'll give you a co-writer credit on my Farenheit 451 sequel....
"Farenheit 451: Kindle-ing"
You've gotta admit, the end of Farenheit 451 would be a lot easier to manage if everyone had iPads with a million books on them.
Actually, who needs books? They could just save movies and TV on there. That'd be a better ending.
What's that? I'm missing the whole point of his book? Nahh...I don't think so.
It makes me want to WHAT? I ain't be needin no vida game to learn me nothing.
It is funny how every year seems to have a lot of weird similarities pop up. I think last year it was people on boats.
I agree on both counts.
If people are developing weird tablet-based stuff for all the systems, the odds of getting better tablet-based stuff in general is a lot better.
"A little goofy" is a fun understatement.
I'm sure this is probably one of those things where we can't get the full picture until we play the game. I'm sure by the end Lara will have somewhat come into her old badass role, but with the story they're telling, they can't just show that right away.
Still not sure if it's necessarily "right," but I think that's what they're doing.
I've been waving my hands around in the air all week. Woo! Internet Explorer on Kinect! Hooray!
I'm very excited to look at a map of Westeros on my iPad as I watch Game of Thrones on my Xbox.
It probably would've saved time just to say "All of Ubisoft's conference."
It's always nice when the internet uses its powers for good. This stuff is great.
This seems like such a weird concept. Like, there were aerial drones and tank drones in previous COD games. GR: Future Soldier has those little helicopters all over the place...It doesn't seem like there's a whole lot of interesting stuff happening in BLOPS2, and like the author says, I think a part of that is because it's being forced into being what a Call of Duty games has to be: The triple-A-est of the triple-A.
This looks INCREDIBLE, but if it's current gen I will eat my giant green shoe.
I hate to be that guy, but I'm pretty sure the only way for them to make this "good" is if they, you know...
Don't do it.
Despite how...Eastern European this looks, I'm sure if I had a PC that could run ARMA II (and not a Mac that cannot), I would love to check this out.
Reminds of that zombie game Irrational says they were working on a few years ago.
Well, I'm not sure of how much of the actual day-to-day business he controlled. You never know how many people were whispering things in his ear...Either way, I bet most of the problems did come from the higherups being assholes.
The last game I pre-ordered was Bioshock so I could get the awesome Big Daddy statue...and if Bioshock Infinite has a cool bonus I'll pre-order that, too.
I guess I'm part of the problem...
