I assume the need for a main storyline is about technical limitations. Creating a never ending world where you can do anything would be great, but making a linear plot is...more possible.
This whole "controversy" is utterly absurd anyway. People are such entitled brats.
So...this is a stealth Alan Wake sequel?
Does it feature a new single by Poets Of The Fall?
I lost my Shep's face but was able to do a mostly fine job recreating it...I'm saying "HE GOT INJURED BLOWING UP THE COLLECTOR BASE" or something.
Sure, but can the same be said for cheap plastic crown medallions?
Yeah, probably.
I always wanted to play the Home Improvement game. I assume it was really good, yeah?
Though in order to play it I think my SNES would've needed...MORE POWER. HAW HAW HAW
I love how the author didn't even *earn* the stupid thing. Perfect.
This is a little disappointing...the game still looks really cool, but it sounds like they had to make a lot of concessions to get it where it is.
Best demos of this gen off the top of my head:
-Bioshock
-Just Cause 2
-Crackdown
The ME demo was good...I think my problem with it is more that the beginning of the game isn't all that exciting (which seems like an odd thing to say, considering what is happening during it...)
But...what if they had a real-world equivalent of the chests that are actually enemies? Like I open up my paycheck and then it starts biting me? WHAT THEN?
I hadn't heard anything about this system until now...it sounds really cool in theory, with the random chance of getting something cool, but based on this article I guess it doesn't work as well as it could...
But it still makes me slightly more interested in multiplayer for some reason.
Not even with a pitch as great as this?
I really think the only justifiable complaint people have had about Alan Wake is that it was too light in the New Kids On The Block department.
I bought Bastion a while back in an XBLA sale but still haven't really gotten into it. It sounds so rad, though...I wish I had more time.
But, you know, Mass Effect 3....
This sounds like it would either be a lot of fun, or kind of annoying...I'm gonna stay on the side of optimism and say "This sounds like a lot of fun!", though.
Is there any kind of plot-based explanation for why the Capcom and Tekken guys are fighting?
Or have Street Fighter and Tekken taken place within the same universe this whole time and they're just now realizing it?
THIS IS WHAT AMERICA CARES ABOUT.
7/10, if you "something from a Final Fantasy?" counts as a correct answer.
I wouldn't say he failed, but when he hypes up his games so much they're going to be disappointing even if they're really good.
Still, I'm kinda glad he's a bit of a character. Devs with personality are *always* better than those without. That's why I love Kojima so much.
I want to want this to be good...but so much of it has looked so crummy. Knowing me though, I'll buy it anyway.
I'm just so tired of all these Star Wars.
Video game dogs are the only good kind of dogs.
Mainly because they don't smell...usually...
