@Goldby: And what I’m saying is you’re being factually incorrect.
1) No PS3 console 100% supports every previous title
2) The option was removed from a vast majority of PS3 consoles
3) There are “approved” lists for what is playable and what is not
4) PS2 Classics on PSN are a thing. Updated titles to work on your PS3. Always with a price tag and without support for the original content.
And the first link is from Sony itself fr...
“Moreover, while cutscenes are "letterboxed in their original formats", the default aspect ratio in-game is 16:9.”

“All PlayStation 3 systems can play most PSone games.”
“PS3 models CECHA01, CECHB01, and CECHE01, will be able to play some PlayStation and PlayStation 2 titles, but full compatibility is not guaranteed.”

@Sgt_Slaughter: No it was not.
Minecraft got released for its first Nintendo platform, the Wii U, December 17th, 2015. The Switch version followed in May of 2017 followed by the 3DS version which launched September 17th, 2017.
Microsoft completed the deal to buy the Minecraft IP November 6th, 2014.
Why wouldn’t it be? Most developers don’t want to remove features from a finished product just to remaster. It leaves the community feeling duped out of content they’re paying more for.
@Father_Merrin: That one is a puzzler (no pun intended). Did you happen to pick it up previously?
Xbox 360 titles are supposed to stick regardless of subscription. Xbox One titles however are supposed to lock when your subscription expires IF you gained the content solely via Games with Gold.
https://news.xbox.com/en-us...
And according to many Microsoft had the best conference of E3
Yes. All Xbox 360 titles are yours to keep even if your subscription to Xbox Live Gold expires.
“What happens to my Games with Gold games if I cancel my Xbox Live Gold subscription?
On Xbox One, you’ll no longer be able to access your Games with Gold titles if you cancel your subscription. However, if you decide to renew your subscription at any time, you’ll be able to access and play your previously redeemed Games with Gold titles again.
No it’s not?

PS Now does not equal PS4 and insinuating that PS Now has the userbase of the PS4 along with a flawless product for everyone is absurd
“I am very interested by creating a narrative multiplayer game for a long time. There are some creative and technical challenges to overcome and you need the right story to tell, but this is something very exciting… Convincing publishers of trying it is actually another challenge, but this is definitely something I would like to try in a near future.”

It falls into the same category as mobile phones and tablets as far as specs go.
Even many basic laptops outpace the Switch.
Uh, I think you mean Scalebound for one.
For two Nier was published by Square Enix, a third party. Scalebound was set to be published by Microsoft Studios.
For three Microsoft renewed the Scalebound trademark after it was announced Scalebound was cancelled and no longer being developed by Platinum.
All of the above would say Scalebound will be 100% exclusive if it releases. It’s not a third party property like Nier is.
That along with the studio not having enough resources right now to build on Switch
Considering you’d then be creating a gauge based on said instance of the network going down and insisting their network would be less superior to the competition then other services hacked by the same “script kiddie” would fall into the same box
Amazon was another outlet taken down by the same “script kiddie”.
The point would be you simply cannot drop the quality of Xbox Live because of a “script kiddie” aiming to do damage wile that same “script kiddie” ...
@Ron_Danger: Not for Fortnite, the title mentioned.
“Not enough players on Fortnite on xbox.”
When Fortnite is going to allow crossplay between Xbox, PC, mobile, and Nintendo Switch. The PS4 version, due to Sony decision making, will not feature crossplay.
But I’d gander you already knew that’s what the discussion is about and the title listed here. Only one is going to be out in the cold.
If Sony, first party, isn’t allowing said third party to run features the way you literally just stated, how is it the third parties fault?
And again, there are numerous instances of games allowing you to transfer progress. Grand Theft Auto San Andreas allows you to via a Rockstar account on mobile. Minecraft allows you to on Xbox, PC, mobile, and Switch. Call of Duty introduced the idea with Call of Duty Elite. Not to mention many games now allow you to do so between Xbox ...
Why I do wonder are you not including the fact that PSN has been taken down? By the same “script kiddie”? Nintendo was too along with numerous, NUMEROUS other companies? Even at the same time?
So a person hired for PR purposes is tweeting about the state of the company and trying to paint Retro as a whole in a happy place?
Wonder why that might happen. 🙄
