Based on his track record of hanging out with Tax collectors, lepers, the possessed and prostitutes he would walk on water to have a go at reaching out to gamers
Blimey, talk about Deja-Vu. Great chunks of FFX, throw in some other FF chaps, give them what looks like a mix of FF and kingdom hearts environments. It's a bleedin' final fantasy chow mein
As long as the activity is on private property and not illegal they can do what they like. There's no law against a seller giving away products for free
That's it. I have had enough of this crap. You know, I'm pretty much tired of these petty 'exclusive releases' just to build up the hype. Sure we'd all love to get our hands on these great games and the developers know it all too well. So why Pi** off the majority of fans who will probably buy the game anyway. So as much as we love the work you do, up yours Evolution, Insomniac, Geurilla and Sony. Show some respect eh?
You think GameStop is the only one? Any and all corporations are up to the same kind of tricks, that's old news. Which is I buy ALL my games from a local shop owned and run by one guy. Radicl in West Finchley. Almost all prices same as on-line, No franchises, no rip-offs, great bundles, lots of pre-used games at incredible prices.
The article was dated today and quotes yer man as speaking to Develop today. It appear Microsoft are preaching the same message to different media outlets.
I agree. By that rule the bible, koran and Mahabarata should be censored. Kids a nutter, pure and simple.
As for the bible, Yer Lord God almighty killed thousands if not millions with his plagues, turning cities into Dust, floods, encouraging genocide. No wonder so many wars are started by religious nuts.
Hang on, Come to think of it, what evidence or accounts are there in the bible of Satan doing bad stuff? err - none!!
Lostwinds, you mean LostThePlot? Question I have is do all developers have the same greedy 'you can never be rich enough' attitude?
Any good small game developer is gonna do well either through sales, game-to-movie royalties, merger or takeover. Anything else is just sour grapes from crap developers or developers more interested in the dollar than gaming
No need to try. Sony already have the silver dollar Ive been a gamer for the past 25 years and play pretty much every day with the kids and occasionally with the friends that come round. We have around 15 PS3 games, all different.
You are right on many points. Halo is great fun, on and off-line. But In my opinion Resistance as a first class FPS took a big leap forward in placing R2 in the 50's America. That place and period in time (50's USA) is full of Classic images and a rich source of 20th Century cultural mythology. A stroke of Pure Genius from Insomniac.
Once again a developer feels obliged to sing the praises of the console they have just churned a game out for. They all do it and it's always dull as dishwater sucking-up drivel.
Do they think we gamers were born yesterday and don't recognise a 'suck up to the paymaster' when we see it. Please gimme a break
It's always undignified when so called 'professionals' attack a competitor, whether out of arrogance, ignorance or insecurity. Such behaviour lacks integrity and could blow back in his face. This kind of talk should be left to fanboys.
Satchell talks about a 'huge amount of creativity pouring onto Xbox'. Sure but how much of this 'creativity' is going to be pure garbage gamers will have to trawl through before finding something worthwhile?
