talk about getting his umbrella out after the storm. the poor guy even misses the message spelt out by the capital letters in the email, using eagle vision or whatever it was called to 'see'the hidden messages in the floors and walls of the lab, etc etc... gimme a break. Anyway, the game was fun, and that's the point isn't it?
This is just another hysteria generating Lie. Most of the N4G stories are like this. Geared to get people worked up over one console or the other. N4G panders to the dumber end of news. I'm very selective of which stories I follow up. only occasionally do I even bother to log on. These people get money by saying to advertisers "Look how many hits we get. And its stupid, desperate stories like this that help them reach their targets. No matter what console we have we should read N4G...
I agree totally. N4G has lost all integrity. I come to this site far, far less than I used to abd hav emade similar critcal comments Did this all start when N4g went commercial?
Well if enough people believe it, it must be true. Even if they are idiots Why? Because we live in a democracy. We are therefore expected to believe the judgement of people that, given all the facts, would rather buy something that costs a fraction of the retail price to build, has a really massive pirated game market, paid on-line subscription, is more expensive to bring up to the spec of a PS3 than a PS3 itself, and on top of all of this, has a 33% chance of breaking down...
it's endless speculative nonsense like this that has finally led me to just give up following any console news. i'll stick with my consoles and just read reviews of games a few weeks before release.
The rest is mostly rubbish or not that important to the choices I make about which games to buy. There is no such thing as objective news. Not in the Times or any other publication on or off line. the best we can find is the rare intelligent article that takes a reasonabl...
All I can say is Well done Insomniac for a fantastic on-line multiplayer design. The Co-op more with the three classes of Soldier, special ops and medics was a stroke of genius and improved the fun and rewards of teamplay in co-op mode. I have played with teams of two up to eight. The dependency on co-operation and teamwork adds a superior layer of quality to the FPS experience
What a dumb article. Without Blu-ray we'd end up with a 4 disc version of MGS4, lovely.
Blu-Ray is far from dead. To write any more in response to this ill-conceived article would be a waste of time and space and everybody's attention. The only thing spiralling downwards here is N4g's editorial integrity
"...not a deal breaker" Can't be bothered with yet another shallow same old same old article. N4G is going down the pan with what it lets through. Can the reviewers simply leave out this graphics comparisons unless something signficant happens. Why not have another website called www.usualconsolecrapnews.com
Any divine being - keen to communicate Happiness, Love, Compassion, etc., would use any means available, and do this ceaselessly, to get this message across. By its/his/her very nature the Divine never stops the communication. The Koran, if taken literally does mark out music as 'forbidden' along with musical instruments and singing. This has not prevented some beautiful Arabic music being produced over the centuries. This is because there are a few wise people who know better th...
They'll soon find other ways to pass the time unless gaming is a way to avoid getting close - whether because they are scared of a real relationships or just hate each other (because of the fear brought up by the potential of real emotional intimacy or because they really can't stand each other)
There's still two months to go and then theres the 'David and Golaith' showdown of Sackboy versus Nathan Hale with Old Snake spoiling for a fight too. It aint over till the fat chimera/sackboy/princess sings!
watch in edit mode, look at top of screen for controller instructions to unlock more content. Use sixaxis function to find hidden icons in movie for even more trophies. There's more to this than meets the eye! Both these movies up there miss several tricks
The PS3 is, feature for feature, cheaper than the Xbox 360 and not more expensive as the article claims. Blu-Ray Player, easily upgradable standard SATA II Hard drive, free online gameplay, and other stuff I've probably overlooked because I'm too keen to get back to Little Big Planet Beta, Motorstorm 2 demo and delete that crappy hail to the chimp demo.
I've played it a couple of times. It's really good in a totally new way. If you want a new kind of fun outside the conventional gameplay buzz this is one experience worth a try.
You can stop the 'movie at certain points and find stickers by moving the controller (camera) around. When you see the a progress bar (top middle) with two controllers either side, it usuall means you have to perform an action. The controller images indicate what you have to do. You can slowly or quickly rewind and fast forward as well as move objects about There's a sticker on the long missile thing leaning on a building to the right the shadow moves past. theres one to the left of the...
