I don't think Sony wants to sacrifice quality by pushing developers into something they aren't interested in.
Some games do in-game recording that lets you directly upload to YouTube, but that's the devs' choice. If they think it'll take too much time away from the game, Sony's not going to object. They're the developers after all.

I think they'll both be worth the wait. However, I KNOW one is going to be AAA, and the other I'm not sure. I'll still have to try it, though. I felt the same nervousness about Uncharted: DF and look how awesome that series turned out to be. One of my favorites EVER! Maybe I just like Naughty Dog...

And if Sony fudged their numbers, Nintendo would, too. They use the same method. Microsoft is the one who counts them differently for some unknown reason.

I have an idea. How about they give Silver members online play, and give Gold members every other special feature with the WiFi adapter for free? That wouldn't be so bad.
But honestly. Something that's free on two other big-name consoles... costs half the price of the console you're buying it for? That doesn't make any sense.

I thought by "working as it should" it... shouldn't break. And don't give me that "lag-free" crap. I play plenty online with both and realize that XBL is lags more than PSN (Gears would be most laggy, but Gears 2 isn't much from all the hours I've played).
Lots of AMAZING online features like... stuff that doesn't pertain to online gaming, not to forget is $50 yearly to access? And the icing on the cake would definitely be the bigger and better community that ...

FFXIII is coming to Japan this year. It was already announced for March 9th everywhere else. Also, Splinter Cell: Conviction is in 2010. I'll be waiting for my copy of FFXIII, God of War III, Gran Turismo and Heavy Rain by then. But, then again, I still have to pick up some games that came out in the past couple of months from Sept. and Oct.
