I got 7 (luckily for $15) and I can tell you it's basically a new taskbar with some small bells and whistles. Nothing really too new. I like it, but that BSOD happens WAY too often. It's really annoying and time-consuming.

The fact that you consider PS3 games movie quality is the compliment.
Last I checked, a game is when you manipulate characters or objects on screen. In MGS4, UC2 and Heavy Rain, you do just that. The graphics, dialogue and character emotions are spot on, almost like a movie. If you have to use "movie" as a metaphor, so be it.
