Riddle:
How do you find out someone secretly cares?
Answer:
They post (in some cases, multiple times) on the article/video they claim to hate, thus spending even MORE time on that hated person, topic or article/video.
You mean like:
Halo 3 was? (Beat out by COD4)
Halo Wars was? (Beat out by... itself)
Halo: ODST was? (Beat out by pretty much everything)
What's Halo Reach gonna be like? I think I know.
The same thing. Why constantly rely on yet another Halo? Must be a sad lineup...
*facepalm*
The Beta ended as of last night.
I feel a lot of people expected this game to be chaotic because of the threatening "256" under it's belt. Then, as stated in this article, the skeptics tell you how small-scale it actually feels. Watch the Dev Diaries. They wanted it to feel like you and your teammates are just one team of hundreds, which you are. After all, it's an MMOFPS.
Can you see all of the US Army fighting in a big crowd at once?
Can you see every WoW player in the same space at once?
...
I've been watching you and Reality closely, and for someone who accuses Reality of not staying on topic, you sure drift off more than he does. It seriously sounds like you're looking at any invalid and irrelevant point to make in your wall so you can sound like you're telling the truth.
First, you talk about the $600 price point and the stripping of features, as needless as they were. And to put the icing on the cake, you mention the topic, Natal, IN ONE SENTENCE!
He...
So that must mean that "Microsoft" and "losing money" are not synonymous. They're more synonymous with losing money than any of the other two.
That was absolutely atrocious. Horrible come-back.
Whoa-whoa-whoa... what?!
Of course they're known for losing money. It was a big deal when they spent $1 billion on RROD alone, then another $1 billion on pirates, replacing the 360 chip and their problem with Vista. It's sort of the reason why they ended up losing billions since the 360's launch.
I even saw a CNET article a while back saying that they'll be going deeper if they don't latch on to Yahoo, which they didn't.
They're also known for sacrificin...
Thanks for reminding me of what Nintendo said in 2006.
What's Natal gonna do for the hardcore? If it does anything for hardcore games, it would be like the SIXAXIS functionality. Add it for a quick thrill in one or two levels of the game.
But, of course, they won't tell us Natal is only gonna be loved by casuals... that would just be stupid to say.
I've actually had conversations similar to those on XBL (when I had it). I got a message once just saying "u pu**y" and I replied saying "u d**k". haha
... That would be MMG, genius.
Busy sitting back counting the 2.5 million (and counting) it reached and the 28 GOTY awards it got.
Hmm... I don't think you've been properly introduced to this website.
Welcome to N4G. If you find fanboys annoying, get out now.
I think MGS4 is still in the runnings for best looking game on any system. That, along with it's superb sound make it a true technical achievement.
The top 3 best looking games this generation would probably be MGS4, Killzone 2 and Uncharted 2 hands down (in no particular order).
Although there are impressive looking games coming for both systems in 2010, I don't think any will surpass Gran Turismo 5... no folks, not even Heavy Rain. I don't think that would be fair,...
You sure know your history...
"The xbox is also the first console with an ethernet port right out the box. The ps2 didn't have one out the box until october 30th 2005 with the slim."

"The xbox is the first console to employ DLC"
Not really. Even from 2004, MGS3 on PS2 had DLC available for those connected to the...
Behavior is different, their goal is the same. They all defend their console of choice til no end.
They are all the same.
I know what you're trying to do, but it hardly ever works. I know what you mean about the big-name websites like that, and I do agree to an extent.
One thing I do like is that, G4 in particular, has short web shows like Sessler's Soapbox where they talk about what the general audience was talking about in past articles. While this may or may not help, it shows that they're at least somewhat engaged in the topic.
Maybe it would've been easier for you if you had a foru...
Sad to see it go, but I wouldn't be surprised. Such an ancient gem of a console.
To be fair, we've been saying this since 2007.
But MAG, despite it's "mediocrity", has a very nice selling point, especially in America. What is it?

People apparently want to see what it's like.
