It still the best selling game since launch, only behind college football 25 in total year sales. I play zombies often, and sometimes multiplayer, I'm not sure the "people are leaving" is accurate, the game maintains an extremely high number of players, and a small drop off of players is very common for every game ....in other words, nothing to see here.
By the way, he clearly says in the same interview, that they will keep making consoles.

No matter what Xbox does at this point, Sony fans are baked in, no changing that now, even owning it as a 2nd console won't work, as a large majority won't buy 2 high end console, a Nintendo console or PC..a lot will, but the majority will not.
