This is a great cause. The people of Japan deserve as much help as possible.
I'll have to agree with you there. I'm not a big FPS fan, though there are a few titles that really get my interest such as Bulletstorm and Goldeneye. But honestly, I've never been interested in a war FPS to really play a single game for more than five minutes. I just figured Homefront would cater the genre's fan base.
Insect Armageddon and Bangai-O look pretty freaking awesome. I especially like the quirky look and style of the latter.
I actually expected this game to receive higher overall scores from reviewers. First that balloon stunt, now this. Homefront hasn't had it easy at all.
Really makes you wonder if brain-dead monkeys are in charge of things over there.
This was so ridiculous. Had me laughing the entire time. That judge didn't even mention piracy at all.
I'm looking forward to this game. And the sense of discovery Bethesda is promising has me even more excited.
They may have brought us abysmal games such as the entire Deca Sports series, but they also released a number of winners over their long stay as a part of the industry like Bomberman and Mario Party.
With the exception of Gunstringer, nothing on Kinect interests me very much.
Mike Hayes from Sega: "Critically it (MadWorld) got a lot of acclaim, but commercially it wasn't the success we wanted it to be. Clearly that was a mismatch with the Wii audience..." Note the phrase "it wasn't the success we wanted it to be" and the word "mismatch," both of which prove my two claims.

Think twice before you call this 24 year old full-time games journalist a kid. The game didn't sell well to the point where Sega and Platinum considered the Wii a mismatch for MadWorld. If you've got a link to an article that says it sold as they expected, by all means, prove me wrong. That's what I do when users like you say something that seems pretty inaccurate. Show me the article that states both Sega and Platinum expected the game to sell poorly, otherwise I've got no re...
Correction: Weed is sh!t. The Wii is a pretty awesome console with some great games. And you can be a hardcore gamer and still have some love for the Wii. I own both a Wii and PS3, and I enjoy each console equally because they both offer solid gaming experiences that are unique from one another yet completely enjoyable.
While it was praised, it didn't sell as well as Sega and Platinum would have hoped.
Some good deals here. Sadly, I'm not a fan of any these games. =P
Fans of the game will want this one, no doubt. Now, how do we entice gamers who never played the game?
XD When I read "Oops, I ruined everything," I cracked up.
To download or not to download... Since I just got my PS3 a short while ago, I'd much rather catch up on the games I've missed rather than waste my time with Home.
I want this like right now! A Zelda window would look awesome in anyone's room. =P
That's pretty awesome. I can really appreciate the imagination and effort that goes into something like this.
It's a shame you really have to dig deep to find some good indie games through the service on Xbox 360. I love indie gaming, and I really wish it was more profitable and more out in the open for gamers to take advantage of and experience. There are some outstanding gems out there that don't get the attention or fame they deserve.
