I can see where people are coming from, for me it was the perfect balance of freedom and accessibility. Everyone's preference will undoubtedly vary.
To my eyes the lighting on the pc version is off, its very dark. Kind of like if I use the wrong pre-set on my LED TV and then things can look dull or overly saturated.
Mass Effect 2 one of the greatest sequels ever. Refined to perfection, those were the days eh
Ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha
Are you for real, try reading the thread first.
Xbox 360 version development is by a different studio, it will be a cut and shut port. I guess Battlefield 4 and Destiny must be garbage then on PS4 because they're also on PS3?
Remember how Wolfenstein and Watchdogs were identical on PS3/PS4?
Obviously that's a joke of the unfunny variety, an illustration for your benefit.
Tomb Raider ...
If it looked absolutely superb at those specs would anyone really care?
Maybe you would, tbh I just got of an LG32 580bv

Every game I've played on One looks stellar, particularly impressed by Forza 5 being such an early game. I'm chuffed.
Just give me the Gears HD trilogy and then I...
Its hardly like the baseline resolution is going to be 640x480 on Xb1 and then go up. No specific res my nuts, didn't Cod AW use a dynamic res closer to 1080p? Looks great either way on One.
Couldn't care less-but enough to bother to post L0L. Its a pretty sweet feature and I'm sure Sony will add it and a bunch more in the near future.
I remember feeling that with regards to the ps3 xmb and operating software as a whole that it didn't come into its own until around 2010. From then on I loved it, sold mine in the summer of 2014 and still miss it now. Tis a shame for sure.
Lets be honest, launch ps3 was practically broken and leagues be...
I'm certain I heard that feature was available or planned for the near future but couldn't say for sure.
Bu bu bu bu bu but, not "true" 1080p and upscaling? No DDR5, not enough CU shaders oh no my mistake. They still look good.
Bu bu bu bu, no internal hard drive swapping and Microsoft are the spawn of satan? Somehow they are single handedly destroying all that is just and right, the real life umbrella corporation rofl.
Where is the inane rhetoric when you need a giggle.
I jumped on tomb raider temple of osiris or something? (epic brain failure) with all dlc for about 10 dollars.
The trailer made me smile, reminded me of some old school puzzler/shoot em up gaming that's been missing for too long.
Ironically I guess COD is old school as the gameplay model fundamentally revolves around a beautifed COD4 haha.
This gen not a huge leap from last generation? PMSL
Gran Turismo 5 four years into playstation 3 lifespan, Driveclub one year into ps4's.
What racing games did ps3 have in the first year, Motorstorm and NFS Carbon?
I played Dead or alive 5 lots on 360, it looked good but to me clearly had compromises in places. For me the Doa redux as it were is definitely worth it especially if you no longer own a prior generation platform.
I felt like crying after playing Destiny for about five hours, just saying...
To be honest I recently starting playing Resident Evil 0 on the dolphin emulator.
The graphics are gorgeous using emulation but the game is cruel and unusual to play, The Order is probably far kinder to players and I still love Resident Evil 0, particularly the mercenaries style leech hunter game.
So the order may not have been progressive or genre defining but does every game need to be. I don't know how Wolfenstein reviewed, nor do I care loved the game...
Ouch, that's harsh. Eurogamer, for those of you who do not like nor see eye to eye with IGN. Unfortunately, equally critical in their panning. Still a hell of a job on a first game in my opinion and I really do hope the studio succeeds regardless of the reviews.

The thing that worries me in all honesty is where is the console gameplay footage, this close to release and all I've seen personally is high end pc stuff. Plus they did can the "last" gen versions quite late in the day. Colour me suspicious.
"that's a great length"
That's what the ladies keep telling me, haha.
On a serious note though the game sounds excellent, pleased to see that the devolpers vision panned out.
I love playing NFS Shift on pc, excellent game, reminded me of Gran Turismo 6 which i also love but better in some ways. For the longest time I suspected Project Cars to be a high profile case of console vapour ware, I really hope that I'm wrong and it turns out good.
The Metro redux is exceptional, it is for me the closest thing to a classic survival horror experience whilst still being a damn fine game in its own right. Buy it, buy it now!
Surely the real story here is the pathetic meta scoring system that is poisoning the already creatively waning industry.
Eurogamer officially hung up their conventional numeric scoring system and cut their digital ties to the meta machine, instead opting to review games based on playability and perceived value.
I love the passion the devolpers have invested in the order 1886's creation and really do hope it succeeds critically and commercially.
...
Jeez, not much resentment on the playstation side of the table is there.
Greatness Awaits.
"it'll never sell"
"uncharted 4 better anyway"
"won't be 1080p"
Etc
I'd love to play Driveclub, Killzone etc but don't currently own a PS4. You don't see me rubishing them though because I've no access, it's a timed exclusive, get over it. Beside...
