And everybody was slamming Halo MCC for attempting to span two generations worth of games on new hardware with integrated multi features. Apparently ND have the solution, just have none! A shame really as I used to love the co op multi in UC2, it was partly the reason I bought my second PS3 in summer 2014. One of the the most epic multiplayer experiences of all time.
Most supposed gamers today appear to be spoilt, over indulged cry babies. Gtfo, go spend $$$$$ on a custom pc if nothing is good enough for you. I'm sure Fallout 3 and NV had bugs, can't say I ever saw any in 3 when playing it loads from launch. Picked up NV in 2013 so maybe I missed them.
I just watched the Fallout 4 trailer on my 32 inch at 1080p and it looked grand, still felt it looked good on the mobile 5 inch screen but certainly not as impressive. Dynamic weath...
I always thought Fallout 3 looked great at launch (and is still solid today) I was equally impressed by New Vegas in 2013, playing both on console. Fallout on pc I felt scaled to high settings very well.
I've never had issue with the graphics, what games in 2008 outside of Crysis really looked great?
It looked great to me and very much legitimate, Bethesda to my knowledge have never said "in engine rendering" only for that to actually mean a glorified cut scene that could never be replicated for gameplay use.
Every platform is subject to improvement. Imagine if current day technology was used to make Dreamcast or PS1 games, the graphics would be outstanding given the hardwares limitations. Modern day lubricants, additives and oils can work miracles on cars 15-20 years old.
Rofl, that is hilarious. The 360 was a fluke?
I guess Microsoft had nothing to do with its design, deployment, development support or inception.
If anything the 360 and Xbox One have proven that the company is open to dynamic change and prepared to overhaul their ideas. Much in the same way Sony has, I see Nintendo, a company that I adore but feel frustrated as they seem stuck, in my eyes almost in that Wii era circa 2007.
I'm of the belief that its a very smart business move. RE6 cost the earth to develop and didn't perform as hoped (expecting cod sales levels was ludicrous).
Capcom saw a very healthy return on RE2002 HD, so why not spend a little on 0 and potentially make a decent return. This allows them to test the waters and see if people really still do want classic resi. It could be the prelude to returning to the series roots proper.
RE0 is a solid game and dese...
Yup, they call it release day. After that point in time extensive consumer based testing begins.
I use 2400 mah batteries from Maplin. They cost about 15 dollars or less, last ages and are rechargeable via usb when I use the pad to play pc games. This is ironically far faster than the "fast charger" I bought two years ago and ininfinitely more practical.
Almost impossible to revert to the old 360 pad now, feels uncomfortable by comparison and I used to think that pad rocked haha
Apparently the batteries are good for 1000 full charges from flat,...
This is for the players? Ah well PS4 sold X amount in X regions so I guess this is small fry.
I need to see Oxygen before I believe it! Lmao
I keep finding myself playing Forza 5 more than Horizon 2. The graphics I think are sublime for a launch title and the cars just feel so solid. Every tweak and mod has a tangible and discerning difference. Horizon 2 is great fun and the handling is stellar for the genre but to me it isn't the same, plus I miss that 60fps. Dying to play Forza 6.
It's a solid title, after thoroughly enjoying the RE HD I felt compelled to thrash through RE0 on the Dolphin emulator in HD, which I also thoroughly enjoyed haha.
I'd still buy it again on console though for cheap.
It's hilarious and ridiculous on equal measure, usually I'm on BF4 charging into a typical 5v1 choke point, I down 3/4 and then the 4/5th guy kills and then tea bags me as if he was some hero, the whole time he was hiding behind cover waiting for me to reload Lmao.
Did you buy those bubbles on ebay Ranger? What are you smoking, it must be good!
RROD or YLOD would be an unannounced surprise Lmao
But wait, Forza Horizon 2 can be played on Xbox 360 and everyone knows they're identical between generations-just like Tombraider will be *rolls eyes*.
The Xbox One is in fact an enlarged Xbox 360 running on an 100mhz over clock across the cpu and gpu. Yes, that is sarcasm for those who know no love for the system.
Yet in reality every single smartphone has more invasive trackers and spyware running 24/7. I don't see any one rioting in the streets about it.
I own a Sony branded phone Z3 and the iinstalled bloatware can perform such tasks as
"read entire device storage"
"access media and files"
"monitor calls"
"record audio"
"take pictures and video" ...
Graw needed about 50 patches to work without crashing and after a couple of delays. I loved it, eventually but that game gave me such trouble. Condemned I loved, scared the bejeezus out of me. Perfect Dark was amusing to play online but truly a ridiculous game.
I had a 360 at launch (late 05) and it wasn't until Rainbow Six and Gears of War dropped sometime in 2007 that I was really happy with it.
On Xbox One I've put a frankly obscene amount of time ...
To me that is just ridiculous, I don't have sales data or hard evidence to prove but I am certain that the largest consumers of GOTY and HD/reduxes are bona-fide fans of the gaming series in question. Certainly in my case, I've always sought the limited/definitive/HD editions of games I've loved playing.
Almost feels like a finger to the fans or possible insecurity, worried that whole sale multiplayer inclusion would hurt sales of the fourth game?
