Uncharted 2, shoe in for one of the greatest sequels of all time. I never could get on with the third and missed Golden Abyss? (due to owning no PSP).

Glad they are pushing back the fourth game now and taking their time. Fallout New Vegas I felt was an excellent way of providing an alternative story/environment without spoiling the sequel.

Lmao and who then had a pc capable of doing that? I had a triple core phenom with a fast ATI card back in 2008 that couldn't max the game. I remember it looking better than Gears of War 2 but having no v synch with high graphics.

I'm definitely down for the remake, it must be 1080p 60 by now as the game is practically vintage at this stage.

Good call, I'm dying to pick up Dead Rising 3 because you can just do so much, most of it ridiculous but hilarious. I'll never forget finding the mma gloves in the demo and wailing on some zombies toe to toe. I guess maybe what I was thinking but didn't necessarily say is that if they stopped making truly compelling single players or tried to convert every game into open world then that would be awful.

Uncharted open world for example? please Lord no.

The Atmosphere of the Metro games and the creative yet pseudo scripted moments of Hitman games since past, I love those moments in gaming they absolutely seal the deal. Hell even your favourite mission within GTA is technically scripted within the sandbox.

Parasite Eve 2 is one my all time favourite games alongside the Resident Evil (1) HD Redux. Scripted but oh so delicious in the delivery, there's enough freedom within the bounds for the atmosphere and playability to re...

GTA V story left me hanging, I personally didn't like either of the three playable characters and felt the script was often crass and childish. It lacked the intelligent humour I had come to enjoy from GTA. For me the best two GTA games to date are Vice City and GTA4 I was really moved by them in their day and impressed by their use of the medium to provide an interactive but guided story. Progressive master pieces in my eyes. I liked the driving in Watchdogs, not sure where the hate I...

I found the Bad Blood expansion really freed up the game for me to enjoy it fully. Raymond Kenny? (terrible memory for names) is an excellent character and much preferable to Aiden, I loved the original games mechanics but did find Aiden extremely tedious.

Oh my, that was disturbing. I literally could not stomach watching the whole video. Fooking hell that was dire, sure I'd heard rumours of the game needing patching but the takes the biscuit.

How or why does any developer think this is acceptable?

All they are doing is setting themselves up for a gigantic backlash. Did the entire QA department consist of one part timer who happened to be off on maternity leave.

ffs wtf, I am so gutted. Dam...

Good call I'd forgotten about the MCC D'oh! Excellent value especially as it's been fixed up as of late.

Was TLOU sold again at full whack? Not bashing it, I love the game it's a genuine curiosity.

It isn't the remastering that bothers, it's the ludicrous price gouging, yes GTA I'm looking at you. If only all the developers would take the Metro Redux as the water mark for pricing. I have so much respect now for that developer for the exquisite work in developing that package and selling it on at a decent rate. Not to mention it not needing a bazillion patches to actually work, legendary!

More delays then Gran Turismo=better?

Haha

Loving the video they have linked into their review, I really do hope the game succeeds and continues to offer console gamers a true alternative to Gran Turismo and Forza.

Rofl-touch of genius with the resolution commentary, had me laughing out loud, thanks. I do think Project Cars looks great with my interest being sparked again. I'm going to wait a month or two though hopefully allowing the most critical patches to release.

This looks awesome and I thoroughly enjoyed the new order, buying this later today I reckon.

Never does 1080p 60? that'll be news to ign who host the 1080p/60 comparison site for PS4/One, the devs themselves and the rest of the informed gaming world.

Get real, you think Xbox One games are running what? 1024x768 at 25fps?

What an absolute crock of bullsh#t, I was really looking forward to this last generation-originally. This irritates my life in a big way, dropped down to just the three current gen platforms and after numerous delays still effed on day one.

This game just dropped off my wanted list, I am still yet to play Devil May Cry, Farcry 4, GTA 5, Wolfie old Blood and some others not to mention only just picking up Forza Horizon 2 which is boss.

Try playing with V sync enabled, or upgrading your pc. Perhaps both.

At least the developer is doing something original. I hate now that so many games appear to aspire to become amalgamations of the competition.

In some ways the technology of old and its limitations helped developers to adhere to a much tighter focus.

I used to love burnout before it became Need for Speed, what the actual f#ck? Didn't think much of Paradise either.

Sometimes I miss games like V rally and Motorstorm, Need for Speed Most Wan...

Define a big impact or lack thereof. Look at the improvements to say Battlefield 4, literally a different game to play (night and day) to the one that launched and its multi platform and not a Microsoft exclusive.

Killer Instinct has seen continual improvement, expansion and a resolution bump all without Direct X12.

For me those are great results, I'm not expecting the graphics to suddenly look like a 2000 dollar gaming pc. Anything above and beyond what ...

The thing that irritates me so much is the movement in later cod games, I don't remember players jumping up and down in Modern Warfare one or two when confronted.

Nor do they in Titanfall as it serves no advantage-you can still fluidly track and drop the targets accurately.

Black Ops 2 is one of my favourites COD'S for almost every element of design, except apparently every soldier is a professional basket ball player capable of jumping ridiculous hei...
