Same goes for my 1070. If this is like the Pascal of turing cards, this will be massive
To think that someone from Arkane of all places will say this shows that the bigger hot shots in the industry are just making products.
But no one can blame them. Sales speak to publishers so they try to focus on the lowest common denominator.
Dishonored will never sell as much as something like CoD or AC or shit like that. ANd Deathloop feels like a huge diversion from Arkane's history. That could be a reason?
Been playing Dishonored 2 and DoTO and they are possibly the most immersive games of the decade. Even more so than Deus Ex Human Revolution (Not to take a dih, HR is incredible for what it does).
But heck, the "Aha" moments in Dishonored just keep you guessing what will come next.
I am not here for the pro PS4 or pro PC stuff, just her to say, stop relating quality of games to sales. If sales were a huge metric, CoD would be GOTY every year.
Steves jobs said a long while ago that mediocrity sells.
I wouldn't bother with this game at all. It's just a senseless button masher.
If I wnate games to be "just functional" then I would get a console for sure.
Next gen I mean. PS4 and Switch just made it evident that consoles aren't for me.
Such a waste of Raven Software's talent
Fans: We want a game
Ubi: Can't hear you over the millions we are making through idiots.
Ninja Gaiden WHEREEEEEE
Skyrim, Fallout 4 and especially Fallout 76 were crap though.
Am I the only one seeing the irony with thumbnail and content?
I don't think you can put Innovation and AAA in the same line.
I just want Ninja Gaiden in the veins of the original and its sequel. Something to give DMC5 a run for its money. I would love to see a battle of the best of the best combat systems ever made be made for current gen/next gen hardware
Tbh Miles Morales looks like a PS4 game, so I would say running at 60fps shouldn't be an issue for PS5.
The hell is this bullcrap....
Then it's a good thing I am replacing my PC in the next year or so.
My current PC has given me a good life. 5 years without upgrades and great performance.
If you find AC Odyssey and Origins immersive, I don't know what to say. Those are some of the most unimmersive games I have played besides Ubisoft's other mainline franchise FarCry.
Yep. The same tower climbing and enemy trailing and collectathon. Just with added mindnumbing grind in Origins and Odyssey.
YES INNOVATION BRUH. INNOVATION.
Tacking on RPG stats that are useless apart from padding the game time, maketh not a new game.
Not to mention pushing it too far with Odyssey so as to incentivize payment in order to skip the grind.
The core formula of climbing towers, collecting trinkets and shitty mission design has been there since the start of the franchise. It was novel the first couple of times, but now it is shit.
Mediocrity isn't bad. But mediocrity repeate...
Idk what you are looking at tbh.
