Devs backing EPIC didn't last long. I just can't understand why ... /s
Awesome for them. I thought, for sure, that Concord's release would have left this overlooked. Glad to see players can squeeze them both in.
Have to love the PC modding scene. Constantly turning old games to new, and not charging you for remasters and remakes. I have played amazing releases like Enderal, Nameless Mod, and Fallout London that truly did deserve to be full-on retail releases.
Hey! Thanks for buying our overpriced editions. I know you were really excited to play early, but we're going to need you to delete your saves and start over with everyone else because your early edition wasn't actually finished. We'll make it up to you by throwing you a handful of nothing cosmetics, and a pittance of currency for our store.
All our love, Ubisoft.
Horrible optimization across the board for console, it seems.
@korn
Or, and hear me out, you play the game on gamepass then, down the road, you buy the game, at a much cheaper cost, if you really like it.
And I'll keep just waiting for large sales.
I'm also going to be playing on PC but, from what I've read, they are still aiming for 60fps on Xbox but aren't there currently. So more of a soft promise of 30fps, but hoping for more.
They might as well. The rest of the series have made it to Xbox at this point.
PC has support for the controller. Both 1st party, or done by enthusiasts.
Dragon Age is a wait and see. Not all that hopeful for it, from what I've seen. Was unaware of Expedition 33. At first I thought it looked interesting, but got a quick glimpse of it and thought "eh. Not big on spectacle fighters". Then I realized it was actually turn-based, and I'm much more interested now.
This, Stalker 2, Greedfall 2, Gothic remake, Path of Exile 2 and Kingdom Come 2. Great time for RPGs.
I'd recommend Little Nightmares 2. The others? eh.
Yeah. I've been hearing people running into the same players in specific modes quite often.
Lame.
I mean, I have 11 JRPGs on my Series, and I'm not even I big JRPG guy and Xbox isn't my main gaming platform. Many of those games have user reviews in the hundreds or thousands, so there's obviously a sizable audience for them all the same.
One of my favorite in the series, but still waiting for a solid discount before I grab this one.
And consoles also become cheaper to manufacture as they move down the line.
I know that, but they were still involved and it's yet another game they're connected to that won't make it to market.
I've seen footage of broken ai, broken animations (gliding over the ground instead of walking, T-posing, etc), broken lip-sync, total audio drop during conversations. I'm sure there's more. All this, we hope, will be adressed with the patch.
Playable doesn't mean ready to be on store shelves.
