It doesn't suck, it's just not as good since Rich Gallup left.
Huge improvements have been made to the engine. If you compare the two games, Left 4 Dead is light-years ahead.

Well, he is right. The videos look like they were made at low-medium settings. Nonetheless, they are cool videos. The video editor looks to be a great feature.

This game is incredible.
I just got through No Mercy and Death Toll, both of which are awesome. The No Mercy hospital was extremely well designed.
I didn't get my achievement for beating No Mercy, though... I'm guessing it was a small bug with Steam's achievement system caused by the amount of people playing the game. Left 4 Dead managed to surpass Counter-Strike in players.
The game looks so shallow and boring, but that's to be expected considering it's being targeted towards Halo fans.
And the PS3 has no good games.

Also, wow, I had no idea the 360 version was so ugly. I read that the 360 version is only slightly worse looking than the 360 version, but these screenshots are just... not good looking. The PC version on the other hand is gorgeous.
