It's like a classic CRPG. It's very awesome.
Still waiting on Gran Turismo PSP...
Stardock is an important game studio. They're constantly pushing the PC gaming platform and they drafted the Gamer's Bill of Rights.
Needs more Stardock.
Well, yeah, but it was designed as a PC game first and foremost.
Saying Left 4 Dead is a 360 game is like saying Gears of War and Metal Gear Solid are PC games when referring to them because they're on the PC.
Left 4 Dead was designed as a multiplayer game. Single-player was included because, well, why not? They already created the bots to use in multiplayer to fill up empty slots, so why not just have them play with you offline? Single-player is good for laptops where you might not always have an Internet connection. It was an addition that took little effort but made it much more accessible in more situations.
All versions were on sale, but the sale ended.
GoGamer.com still has their sale on, though. Around $43 for the console verisons and $30 for the PC version.
It's better than a 7, but not much better. I'd give it an 8 or so. It's a solid game, but it didn't suck me into its game world. The dialogue system is good, but some of the writing is atrocious. Also, the final third or so of the game's story is not that good. It's like Bethesda just rushed the story near the end. Oh, and another thing: the game's decisions are sometimes too black and white and too direct. Some more gray area actions and not having your decisions impact you immediately would...
This isn't that bad, really. It's just a simple online activation. The main flaws of the Spore, Far Cry 2, etc. SecuROM DRM schemes were the limited amount of activations. Once you reached those limits, you had to call the publisher. With GTA IV, however, you have an unlimited number of installs and activations. Everybody has an Internet connection, so online activation shouldn't be much of a problem. I'd rather not have a disc-check, but it's not anything major.
The Cell is a complex beast. To make it fit into a mobile device form factor would take a lot of time and money. It probably isn't even viable given the way it works.
That's racist.
It's just merchandise. They always make merchandise for their games and put them for sale on the Valve store. Some of them are actually really cool such as the Team Fortress 2 posters and the Half-Life 2 plushies.
I've used this and it does make games look a lot better. However, it does introduce some odd visual artifacts and anomalies that can be annoying at times.
Not bad. A lot of those games are really awesome.
$30 for Fallout 3, nice.
I think I might pick it up along with an overdrive pedal for my guitar.
Hooray for $100 Amazon gift card. :D
Nice looking game.
GiantEnemyCrab, these are the stats for the PC version as Valve only release stats for the PC version of their games.
Microsoft probably prefers that the stats for their 360 achievements not be given out.
Dude, these guys made the GTR series, some of the most realistic racing games ever made.
This game isn't about the graphics, it's about the racing.
Except this is a simulation racer.
GRID was semi-arcade.
This article is absolutely horrible. It's full of false information.
