It's not unfair.
The PC has the capability of delivering a superior experience within a reasonable budget. Why should it be excluded?
It's quite obvious that Rockstar did not put enough time and effort into the PC version. I'm disappointed.
Rockstar needs to release an update ASAP or they will have A LOT of angry customers. It's simply unacceptable to release the game in this state.

It actually is a lot of work. I talked to one of the GameSpot editors. He has to do 17 reviews this week. If that isn't a lot of work to you, then I don't know what is.
It already is. Better graphics, video editor, 32-player multiplayer, more customization options (clothing and stuff), and more. They just need to patch out those performance issues.
The mod scene will only distance the PC version even further from its console counterparts.
BioShock is an odd one. Games that come later usually receive lower scores. For example, Gears of War. The PC version is superior to the 360 version but the PC version received lower scores.
Been gaming on Vista for several months and I've had no problems. Games run almost as good, if not as good, as XP. Vista did have problems pre-SP1, but now it's pretty good. The overall user experience is definitely better than XP and I'm happy with my gaming performance. The only game I've noticed that is noticeably slower in Vista is Team Fortress 2, which is really unfortunate since I play a ton of that.
It says 'horror movie' and you can't save in the game.
Looks to be a good update. I'm most looking forward to performance and stability improvements, though Windows Search 4 looks good. I've found myself using Search a lot since I got Vista. It makes finding music fast and easy.

NVIDIA cards are capable of stereoscopic 3D and the PS3 uses an NVIDIA graphics card, so.... yeah.
I agree that the old Simpsons are by far the best, but the recent episodes haven't been *that* bad.

Also, shop intelligently and you'll get yourself a good computer for cheap.
