I agree that it's a great choice for new players to get into. I'm kind of getting tired of the grind though and don't know if I'll pick up 3 when it comes out.

Destiny's problem with dlc forever vs. a new title every few years stems from a loss of interest in the initial release coupled with outdated programmng and low level publicity compared to traditional sequels. Furthermore, having to continue to pay to see such small story advancements is insane. I understand why MS didn't pay to make this a console exclusive.
The map editor is awesome. Not nearly as many cool pieces as the other Far Cry games though. No metal stairs, no windows or doors, no useful concrete, gas pump base but no gas pump, bridge parts 5-7 without 1-4. It's a total mess in spite of its greatness.
At this point, it's all of Call of Duty that shouldn't exist. Even Madden adds more new features every year for way less than $120.
Borderlands is running out of steam. I'd rather see another Brothers in Arms first, it's been too long.
It's good for Daybreak, not fanboys - Greater revenue from game sales and financial backing from a company who can actually afford it.

MS only launched xbox one with 300,000 servers; factor in things like 4k adoption rates and internet bandwidth limitations at the moment and ultimately you will not have "millions of people" playing for several years at best. My point is that MS is already prepared for the transition to 4k in every way. They can add servers as necessary when the time comes.
Wrong. MS will play 4k games, read the link in post #3. Sony will not confirm 4k games, likely due to a lack of cloud infrastructure. Neither is strong enough on its own for 4k.
How do you disagree with a direct-from-Microsoft statement? Fanboys are so ignorant. Just because PS4 can't do 4k for games yet, doesn't mean they won't in the future. They just need a solid bank of servers in order to assist from the cloud like MS has already.

That's more than enough power to support 4k via the cloud (If you have the bandwith)and MS confirmed native 4k support for everything the system can do. Sony said PS4 doesn't support 4k for games, but I'm sure they could patch that in later.
Not really. While neither game will ever be real, feathering the gas in low speed corners in GT doesn't illicit proper weight tranfser which in turn has no real effect on oversteer or understeer. My Neon goes around tight corners faster in real life than a GTR in Gran Turismo.
Forza is the real sim on consoles, you just got used to playing second best. Have fun driving your zamboni...
Gran Turismo always had competition in Forza. To me, Forza actually feels like real driving on roads while GT feels like skating on ice. I'll take quality over quantity any day, and it's nice to see Project Cars do what Forza always has: physics at 360 fps.
More to the point, it bodes well for Project Cars to be put in league with either franchise. If they can put back in the damage, DNF, and AI they promised us it could be better than both.
