How about looking into a ban on radical Islam first? It seems to me a bit more influential on their youth than Minecraft in terms of violence. Although now that I think about it, Creepers do explode when they get close to their enemy... quite ironic actually.
In your face, Valentine's day!
That the moon is like their buisness? Doomed to crash and burn unless they get a miracle!
Sorry, I couldn't resist. Seriously though, it seems like on the home console side they are underpowered and gimmicky which doesn't cater to most of today's gamers. They also made the Wii U too complex for the demographic of non-gamers who made the Wii a smashing success to understand, but that stems from poor marketing more than anything.
Rock > Ninte...
Really cool idea. It should be big enough to have a full sized set of buttons and joystick though; it doesn't look that comfortable.
Respawn said anumber of times that the only reason Titanfall was exclusive was making the first game as good as possible, which meant focusing one platform. They built the xbox one and pc versions while someone else made the 360 version.
We all knew this was coming, fanboys.
All trolling aside, this article was pretty uninformative.
Coming next week: What color is their carpet?
Edit: Who keeps approving articles like this onto the site?
Hey, I'm glad that you like the game. It's just not the game they'd made it out to be. Honestly, it's my fault for getting it day one but all of the trailers looked like they were going to have this massive story and it was a massive timesink/money pit instead. I just made fun of the game using the headline to be funny. Sorry, but I thought I was reasonably objective in my post. As for comment #2...
If they were smart:
RE7 = Classic gameplay
Is Hardline that bad? Seems a bit premature to announce a new game before Hardline is out.
They could also use a public toilet to flush the game down. I bought the game for the story, only to find endless grinding and being forced into dlc to get the story I paid for. I'm not sayin you can't like it; I just feel ripped off.
@Dannylew
I call bs. No search of the net pulled up any PS4 data surrounding draw call performance. How about a link?
True, but the classsic RE were the only ones I really enjoyed. Doom is my survival horror of choice; can't wait until 4 is shown.
Resident Evil 4 was the death of survival horror. We lost slow paced tension and most of the atmosphere in favor of run and gun action. Never mind the fact it was awkward to control. Why did I have to stand still to shoot when everything I fight attacked while moving? What happened to zombies? S.T.A.R.S.? Umbrella? Whesker? None of those things were intgegral to the story, which was Leon's quest to save the presidents daughter from space parasites.
I'm not sayin...
How does a controller with no headset port get a score of 7.5? At least you can send a message to your friends about what colors it lights up.
It's interesting, but in his tweets he admitted that he was unsure if bandwidth would be an issue or not. This was in direct response to a question regarding esram. I've also seen MS slides before that seem to show a "back door" to have the cpu access the gpu directly. Nobody knows what this mysterious pipeline might be used for.
It's still four games.
Wardell's claims may be speculative, but anandtech did benchmark tests that confirm at least one of them is plausable. This bodes well for Wardell's other claims as it shows strength in his character. As far as "all talk" goes, click on the link in this thread(#1.1.1) - there's another link there direcly to anandtech's benchmarks, which are proof.
Math is hard.
The difference in rendering lighting alone will seriously improve the visual fidelity of machines running full DX12.
Edit: I can't find the source to link, but someone in another thread linked an AMD slide presentation showing xbox one doing "hundreds of thousands of draw calls." According to this article, 50,000 is enough to run episode 1 at 24fps. We might actually get close to photorealism this gen after all. If someone can post the link that would be great...
"Number One, make it so." Love the link! I also love anything that makes my life better... like updates.
