Do you even know what month were in? It's August, 2007. The PS3 was released to the public on November, 2006. How is it over a year old?
So, are you basically telling us that you liked Splinter Cell Double Agent for the PS3?
Just remember that the first XBOX was a great machine with no first party support. That's why they were not able to have great games that would advertise the power of the first XBOX. XBOX games started to outshine PS2 games late in it's life cycle. This gen Sony has a similar situation going on, they have the better machine and getting sloppy ports because of a competitor (xbox360) has an inferior system. The only difference is that sony has over 10 first party developers under their belt thi...
@jen5en
The only difference is back then when the first Xbox came out Microsoft did not have many (or any) game development studios that would develop games exclusively for their XBOX hardware. Today sony has over 10 studios that create games exclusively for their console. This, as DJ mentioned, could force third party developers to step up their game.
Just compare MLB the show 07 from Sony to 2K's Major league baseball 2K7. The difference is huge and Sony's jus...
they should be the ones concerned, because they are the ones that have to compete with games (like KillZone 2) developed by Sony that will take full advantage of the blu-ray disc technology. In the end, if they make moves like the one you just mentioned in order to keep the 360 users happy, gamers will start to compare and critized their games. Gamers will start losing faith in them the same way PS3 users are starting to loose faith in companies like EA and Ubisoft.

It's because it's a multiplatform title.
At the end of the review they say that the waitstation 3 version does not look as good as the 3fix-me version, so stop cryin.
You can practice by playing Ninja Gaiden Sigma. In Sigma, you need to practice and eventually master the "evade then attack" technique if you wish to become competent at the game. Heavenly Sword seems to have the same "prerequisite for success".
@MarioFromTexas
Thanks for the tips! ;-)
This game looks awesome and plays very well. The combat system is very well done and innovative. Congrats to Sony and Ninja Theory. However, as the previous post mentioned, there are some things that need to be tuned up.
One that annoyed me very much was that there are almost no sound effects going on when nariko throws objects at her opponents. You just know they got hit because of the animation, not because you could really hear anything.
If the tune these mino...

Halo anyone?

I think that the more Epic waits to announce Gears 2, the more hype they get to build.
Welcome to N4G, bubbles to u!
This video is sooooooooooooooooooooooooo OLD!!!
According to wikipedia, .kkrieger takes a ton of loading time.
"These two generation processes explain the extensive loading time of the game - all assets of the gameplay are reproduced during the loading phase."
Maybe with the power of the Cell processor or the 360's 3 cores, the loading times could be reduced.
GameStop says it will come out 06/27/2007 ?!?
When is it really comming out?
must be from august 2005. lol
I Believe he would represent a much more brutal version of Kratos.
I also believe that representing Kratos doesn't require that much acting.
I agree with you man. This guy really has class. The interviewer was looking for a controversial response, but Phil refused to give him what he wanted. He handled that question the Sun Tzu (Art of war) way.
