Based on what?? It's already in development for quite a while now.
@pedrof93
I think you should be referring to the XB1, decent amount of exclusives in 2014, now 2015 is coming up with no major releases until at least mid 2015.
@Bloodborn pretty sure Guerrilla games is working on an open world rpg with fallout new vegas as the lead writer
No, you're talking about the next Assassins creed after the one set in London.
I'll probably wait for the reviews since Ubisoft is developing it.
@septic
crushing in games? hardly..
It's available in Australia
Their track record has quite a lot of errors if you've actually looked at their previous analysis from the last holiday season.
The problem with the XB1s 2015 lineup is that most of their biggest games come out late 2015..
Yet 95% of multiplats runs/looks better on the PS4. You're using one broken game to justify which console is more powerful..
"I do not expect to be let down anymore"
"I have never been let down before"
Lol what?
Did you read the article? Because it seems the PS4 has a more consistent framerate than the XB1..
"It drops a few frames during downtown driving outside of the problem junction areas, whereas PS4 remains solid. On top of that, we've already seen that Rockstar has made some visual cutbacks to its complex outdoor rendering, presumably to accommodate Xbox One's less capable graphics hardware, but in certain areas where cuts haven't been made, performance can dip...
I think a good reason to purchase a PS4 is because a lot of Sony's first party studios are developing new IPs rather than making another sequel to X game. It's refreshing to see developers try something new especially when they've been working on the same franchise for a long time.
@Nintenboxstation
"Sony doesn't really compete with Microsoft in any market except the US". I'm confused.. In terms of sales, the PS4 is beating the XB1 in every region by a huge margin. Especially in Europe with the PS4 about 5mil units sold and the XB1 hasn't even reached 2mil as of Nov 8th.
"I feel as though playstation has never been entirely about exclusives and really about the third party games". Microsoft is the one w...
What about the last of us or final fantasy xiv: a realm reborn? Did you purposely just forget about adding them to make it seem like the XB1 had a better year?
The XB1 has had a year head start since nearly all their 1st party studios basically ditched the XB360 to develop the XB1. On the other hand the PS3 still released games such as the last of us, mlb 13, gran turismo 6, god of war, beyond two souls etc.
According to NPD, VGChartz and according to Layden, the PS4 is dominating the Xbox One in terms of units sold-through to consumers. Asked if it would be accurate to say Sony has a 2:1 advantage over Xbox One in terms of units sold, the executive replied: "The math seems to look like that."
The numbers for sold through to customers should be around 7-8mil.
Btw you're comparing Microsofts future numbers cause they have yet to ship 10million units ...
Funny thing is stock prices dropped by like 10% after AC:Unity was released
@Ginesis
No, nobody does know the sold through numbers because Microsoft won't release it.. So yes we should use the shipped numbers but the thing is Microsoft tries to inflate numbers by saying we will "soon" ship 10mil consoles. I would definitely doubt the 10mil shipment is for November only considering their sales.
13.5mil is before retailers began ordering the PS4 for the holiday season. I'm pretty sure once the holiday season is finis...

Btw how do you know 10mil shipped is for November and not for December too? Do you work for Microsoft? And also 15mil seems quite low con...
You do realise the developers of GT have already said it is planned for a 2015/16 release? It's highly likely that we'll see a demo sometime during the next E3/Gamescom.
