A lot of people were, but from a business perspective, it's best if Sony waited till E3/Gamescom to announce their new IPs since they're pretty much competing with Microsoft and Nintendo.
Of course Microsoft has more money than both Nintendo and Sony, but what investor wants to see their company pump more money into a division that can't compete with its competition? The PS4 is one of Sony's most profitable divisions now, and they've already began to reduce funds for their mobile division and instead reallocate their resources to the PS4.

I doubt they were able to get full exclusivity in the contract. It is the developer's decision whether or not they want it on other platforms.

Its pre alpha.. what person expects any console game to be 60fps at that stage in the development cycle? It's highly unrealistic.
Most of those titles you mentioned don't even come out until the next holiday season.. Between now and then it is pretty dull imo.
