You are right, we don't know much. We do know there wont be a raid. Raids being what MANY of the hardcore Destiny players like to do.
So, there is absolutely nothing moronic about that.
Right?!
I mean, with a game already starved for content and DLC being 20 bucks a pop (many of which already purchased with the Season Pass).
Could they not have given us the co-op and a raid?
I'll let them try and sell me on the DLC, but they have some serious selling to do.
What made destiny fun to play were the raids. To not include one in a DLC pack is just sad.
Once again, Bungie absolutely dumps on the people who actually love to play their game.
They instead bring back a 3 man coop (with likely matchmaking) to appeal to those who never raided. (only about 20% or so have to appeal to the casuals.
HAHA, I mean, it is a First Person Shooter...So...
Yeah, seems like a strange time to offer up DLC when the game has already become stale and a huge game is coming out that day.
Love the concept and the combat in a fun way, but there are too many times per level that your character gets shot from an enemy that is off screen.
The end levels end up being merely memorizing where to shoot off screen at seemingly nothing and hope you hit someone.
Other than that, the game is great.
FF:ARR is the best final fantasy that has been out in almost a decade.
Actually, Heart of the Praxis Fire and Hard Light have been sold now.
Xur was pretty much terrible for about 3 months or so, but since they "patched" Xur, he has been cycling through his inventory on a pretty good clip. Its MUCH better now.
Feel better?
Exactly what I thought.
"Sounds like the Sinners Sandwich. Self inflicted punnishment to atone for past sins."
Might be the best line in a video game ever!
Glad you are enjoying it DudeBro! Hopefully more developers will take a page from FromSoftware and actually respect gamers intelligence.
Not every game needs to be a "Souls" game, but a developers faith that the gamer can figure it out and in doing so will enrich the player experience would be nice to have in more games.
I do take issue that Bloodborne (and the Souls games) are somehow the bastion of "hardcore" games on consoles, but...th...
Witcher 3 does look better.
I enjoyed Dragon Age Inquisition for a little bit, but my goodness, those fetch quests became way too much by the end.
If Bioware wants to tell a story that involves a transgendered protagonist then they have the creative freedom to do so.
So long as it is inline with their creative vision and not "just to do it" then they can knock themselves out.
If they fix the atrocious boss fights (when you are speced for stealth), then it is a fine game!
I mean, I liked Dragon's Dogma, but "did we ask for this?" That said, Id love for them to bring it over to the U.S. Curious to see what they are thinking with the game.
Bring me a proper Monster Hunter of PS4!
It released on the same day as Bloodborne. Played the demo, and while the game is fun...It just makes me want a proper Monster Hunter on the PS4.
Regardless of which game is "better" Dark Souls 2 has the most variety of builds and playstyles of any "Souls" game to date.
Whether this is a positive or negative is up to each individual.
I just want to play it!
I will never understand why Bungie decided to not include the best part of their games for DLC. They may be trying to bring back in the "casuals" as only 20% or so of people have beaten a raid.
I will let Bungie try and sell me on this DLC. That the prison of elders is a great edition to the content. Maybe its awesome. I don't know.
However, they really did screw up the communication this go around. To say they were not having a raid, yet d...
