Trine is a welcomed change of pace from Demon's Souls, Uncharted 2 and what will be Dragon Age and ACII.

It has great music, great voice acting...a fun fairy tale type delivery.

The controls can be a bit funny but once you get used to it, its great.

I played on Hard at first...probably a mistake because it is kinda hard sometimes.

And that damned last level...ugh.

Wasn't the biggest fan of FFX. I might be one of the few who like FFXII better.

But FFVI is the best IMO.

But no...havent cried.

That was far and away my favorite boss fight in the game.

Very SotC.

Its almost worse because you don't expect it at all. Also the epic music.

Maneater
Flamelurker
False King

DROVE ME INSANE.

Then I summoned some help...Im telling you...few bosses can withstand 2 blue phantoms 1 body form all around soul level 110. Especially, if you are lucky to get a mix of melee and magic. Bosses dont stand a chance.

I def. laughed. We all know what bastard he is sniping.

I for one, will be taking out some storm rays. Those bad boys drop a decent amount of souls and there are so many of them.

Is this not the best farming?

Well fair enough, but I thought it really came together in LttP. There is at least some story there. Great gameplay...

Where are more Dragon Age Origins reviews?

Essena: Are you tinkering with your stats? I didn't think the game was repetitive at all. Each level has a different design concept, and different battle tactics work better in different places.

The soul grinding can get repetitive, but thats why they call it grinding.

I played through almost once, took a 3 day break to beat Uncharted 2, and then finished up Demon's Souls. I never thought it got repetitive.

Then I started New Game+. They ar...

Im really not one for sex in games. It just seems so forced. Maybe it isin't this time...

In Heavy Rain, it actually seems to add to the game, but we shall see.

I don't give a damn what a Microsoft spokesman has to say.

If you like the 360, hey man, knock yourself out. I hear Halo is alot of fun.

As long as Sony keeps doing what they are doing, then thats all I care about.

Call me old school.

I like A Link to the Past and Links Awkening the most.

I don't think so. Demon's Souls is not the same type of game at all.

Its a very helpful guide. Im not one to say, unless this is a 9.0 then I'm not getting it. That being said...consistent 6's and 7's will probably turn me off to a game that I am skeptical about.

Also, I want to read the reviews for how the game plays, looks, etc.

I need to see some more reviews here before I make a call.

Why is it taking so long to get these in?

I don't whole heartedly agree with Demon's Souls, but that singing in 3 is pretty freaky.

Just so we are clear here. 3D Dot is not an AAA title. AAA title is a game with huge production budgets.

What makes it even better than an AAA is that if this game continues to get great reviews (lets say around 90 when it hits the states), then From Software has again (Demon's Souls) produced a very quality, innovative game that didn't need a huge amount of capital to produce.

From Software hasn't been known to produce the greatest games ever, and two games ...

This is probably one of the more interesting artciles I have read on this site. I think it captures how far games have come and still how far games need to come to meet Eberts version of "high" art. Which of course is BS, how can a piece of art say the Mona Lisa, control how you react to it? BUT, he raises a good point.

Im looking forward to Heavy Rain, but from what I have seen in the trailers, it seems to be lacking in some of the gameplay. It is a "choos...

Once you get a hang of the controls (even on the console version), the game is alot of fun.

The music and the landscape makes up for alot.

Then there is that last level....
