If CoD wasn't their main focus they could remake the game for current gen and bundle the original version.

I agree with Darkride, the market is a lot different and I will admit there are certain games I wish was out on the Vita, however right now since it's backwards compatible with PS1 games I found a temp fix until some more games come out that I will play and that fits my gaming style. I am a fan of Unit 13 and Pure Chess though.

CoD 4 is the only one I'll play, I refuse to touch anything past it; before it I'll at least play to see what the hype was back when they were first released.

If you really wanna get technical, all games post 80's is some sort of rip off or "copycat" regardless of how different stories, characters, settings, etc are.
However I do agree there's some that you can tell there was 0 "difference" with some games.

Outside keeping it online without random disconnects and maybe fix the speeds I like how PSN is now; for a free service I haven't ran into too many issues with players like I did on Live (Although some will try to argue that), and I like how PSN+ is.
The whole X game/party chat system can go both ways; as an option I can see people using it as a different form of communication, others (like me) wouldn't use it just for the fact of if I'm playing a game, I do not...

Mobile and console gaming are 2 different markets, when will people accept that?
Granted "some" PC players have "legit" reasons why PC is better than console, this is one big reason why I still game on a console over PC; Buy the system, buy the games, that's it. Upgrading hardware can get expensive (as well as keeping up with Windows and whatever they feel like doing), and when I was on college I learned one thing: "Whatever you buy, it's already outdated."

I almost read the article but the quote you put from it made me realize it's another "I need hits to pay for a game I will trash talk later" site.
This site is turning more into a bloggers paradise because they know the same people will approve the same "Hate on Sony" articles. I'm already looking into other gaming sites for news, and ACTUAL news not opinion pieces that bash PS3/Vita 4 days a week.
I remember the day I got my PlayStation, I played the hell out of the Einhander Demo, watched the videos to Resident Evil 2 and MGS countless times, and rented FF7 which I was charged a late fee because I was over a week behind on returning it.
You can say PlayStation murdered my social life in High School, and do NOT regret one minute of it.
