Bombshell for me was ME1 being ported to PS3, I figured it would only be a matter of time however it's nice now that I can play all 3 games from the start without having to buy another console; Not that I'm against owning another console but not for just 1 game.
Thirty Eight studios going under was a big let down as well; KoA was a really good multiplat that kept me busy till I bought Dragons Dogma, they will be missed.

I ask why have a rating system if no one enforces it? You have a whole 4-5 places that actually check ID and even then all they do is glance at it and say "ok" without actually verifying age.
I like the argument a lot of non gamer adults use; "It's for kids, and adults who live at home at 30+" however the irony is these are the same ones who play games on their android phone/tablets.

I'd honestly say play the first Bioshock, that game is good; I couldn't even finish 2 because "I" felt it didn't have the charm as the first game.
That's what I put in another post, the majority bought it only because someone else either suggested it, to "fit in," or because they "had to." I'm glad the game is declining in sales so Activision has no choice but to either step up their game and bring something new or find another franchise to milk to death.

I say both, Innovation first then Quality to properly deliver your game.
Some games I've felt that strong about keeping; however there are times that I can sell certain games to make $ only to find them later at an even lower cost (Fear Effect being a good example - Sold it for $50+ back then and now I found it for $10).
Too bad I can't say there's a lot of "gems" I can keep past this console gen - yes I will keep some games but not many; now from older gens, there's a few I will kill to play at least one more time.
