Bill Gates: All the memory you will ever need is 640k

Most Gamers: Unless it has 100 GB RAM it's not even worth looking at
Outside Black Ops 2 (because I don't play CoD) I agree with this list; and I'll even add Dragons Dogma to that list.
Your missing the entire point; you keep going on about how good a slim model is and twisting what I'm saying, I'm not talking about a slim model, I'm talking about how it's not right to have a console now, at the same time talk of a slim model for 2 years (if that's the preplanned date from initial launch) later.
Since there's already talk of something down the road I'm waiting before making any final decisions, and that's if I even decide to...
Not a bad game, outside tech hiccups it's actually a good story; and this is coming from someone who dumped at least 100+ hours into 2 and 3.
I never said it wasn't a better version, I pointed out some of the fixes that were implemented; its in the second paragraph and not edited at all.
I know most of this is rumor and theory, in my initial post I noted that from the quote in the article; I'm not saying the slim is a bad model or something that shouldn't be done, I'm saying I don't like how someone openly preplans (rumor or not) a slim model in the future and then try to make it like it's o...
I understand that completely; I'm not knocking Microsoft for that, what my concern is how they already have a preplanned console dated for 2015 before even releasing the first console. Thinking ahead isn't a bad thing, but at least either keep quiet and prevent leaks, or at least have a redesign where it fixes whatever current hardware issues are there to prevent future accidents. If this was Sony or Nintendo I'd still feel the same way because it's almost like your buying s...
@Mike
"People will look for any reason to look for not wanting something, even months before anything is official. Meanwhile they will jump on the bandwagon for other companies products before anything is announced as well."
It's not jumping on another companies bandwagon, I don't like how it's already pre-determined and even publicly announced about a future console before the first one is even introduced. I don't want to spend th...
The entire industry going down is not something I welcome only because that means more jobs lost over time; however I do favor CoD declining because it gives Activision a wake up call that over time milking a franchise is only going to get tiring over time and force people to move on to other games.
Like I said I don't like/condone declines overall but I do like when the mass starts voting with their wallets and proving enough is enough.
I still have my PS 1/2 memory card transfer box, I can finish San Andreas again on the ps3 and leave the PS2 for DVD and some older games that's not on the store.
From the article:
"One rumour is that the first 'slim' version of the next Xbox will drop the optical drive altogether in favour of a download-only platform scheduled for 2015. The 'slim' Xbox, if it comes to pass, would be scheduled for a post-disc world where broadband speeds and network caps have advanced to the point that a 20-30Gb download would be manageable on even an average home connection."
That alone killed any and all res...
SNES vs Genesis, that was the all-time fight. PlayStation was the console to get me away from the N64; Mario Kart 64 was fun and still is today, however I spent more time on Gran Turismo; Goldeneye is still a shooter I play today, yet Metal Gear Solid set the standard for me to play games differently now; Killer Instinct Gold was replaced with Street Fighter Alpha 3; Star Wars Shadows of the Empire was replaced with Einhander; and Doom 64 was overshadowed by Resident Evil 2.
I remember Xenogears tackled Religion and yet it ended up being one of the top Square(Soft) games ever made.
Boy I do miss the 90's...
Wait for vs13, then they can die out.
Or it's a count down till Wada resigns.
I was told they removed Free for All in hardcore mode without any reason; as far as balancing I haven't really been told too much outside there's still certain weapons that dominate even after the patch. If I was you I'd borrow/rent it first before putting $ down, so far the Nuketown 2025 removal (then put back under restrictive circumstances) and the F4A (Free for All) removal really put a bad taste in people's mouth. I don't personally own the game but I know people wh...
Oh look, the media ran out of "Sony hate" articles so now it's "Attack of the sex in games" topics.
Who the f- cares; why not attack Heavy Rain for having a much more deeper sex scene, or Fear Effect 2 for having lesbian sex, or how about attacking Hot Coffee again after 8 years of nothing important? Some of these journalists need to grow up and stop copy-catting each other for hits.
Is that JoJo's Bizarre adventure under the PS3 exclusive list?
At this point, which will happen first; vs13 or PS4?
If Activision had their way CoD would be a monthly release...
@Mika
I "had" Dragons Dogma, and yes it is a good RPG from Ca$hcom however over time I moved on to other games because they started weekly DLC with it like they do with their other games that actually sell decently. As far as RE6 I've been told people would rather play ORC than 6 which is saying a lot coming from people who grew up playing 1-3 and Code Veronica X like I did.
Ca$hcom has been trying; trying to rip people off ever since the start...
Maybe vs13 will be released as a PS4 launch title?
