Another site that can't keep the story to 1-2 pages, they HAVE to use 10+ screens? Not worth reading.

Mass Effect 3, Unit 13, and Borderlands 2

No click from me Kotaku, your still junk for news.

I remember songs that even mentioned PlayStation 2 (off the dome it was "Lets get ready by Redman); it was that big back then.

I'd vote the original PlayStation as my all time favorite, then Sega Genesis, then then PS2 - there's a lot of factors I look at from a personal stand point for an all time favorite console.

PlayStation is what taught me what "Mature" gaming is with Metal Gear Solid, Resident Evil 2, Rival Schools, Einhander, and Xenogears. I left the N64 outside my multiplayer games of Goldeneye, Mario Kart 64, and Star Fox 64.

Sega Genesis had Sonic the...

I saw the video, it reminds me of the NES and the updated top loader version and the quality difference. After watching this I'd get one if it was under $30 - if that.

Old news, I'd own one if it wasn't so expensive out the box.

My vote goes to AC 3; if I didn't get motion sickness from Dishonored I'd actually have played it through. I spent a lot of time on Mass Effect 3, KoA, Borderlands 2, and Dragons Dogma.

I'll miss it, although I stopped reading it back in High School (late 90's) I'll miss the Ness comics and the older coverage of when Donkey Kong Country was first announced. Man what good memories of that magazine. I also remember the Sega Visions and Playstation magazines.

If you want my full opinion; before the internet was getting mainstreamed it was the companies who owned the games, and at one point they made very good, positive decisions. Now it seems they lost touch with the public, worried more about $ than making good, reliable products, and most of the time broken games that's later patched for unknown reasons.

This gen proved to be one of the worse because it's not about how fun a game is or how much people who share common ...

FF 11 and Socom 2 were the reasons why I went to online gaming.

I'm waiting on a final word from Sony stating ALL Territories are no longer receiving shipments before I give a final farewell.

I'd vote PS1 over PS2 in terms of best console, they actually were "the" console for me to leave Nintendo for a more mature gaming experience outside Goldeneye and Conkers Bad Fur Day.

I still need to finish that game, one of the best I've ever played.

Another anti Sony article from Kotaku, will they ever give up?

OT

I'll wait for an official word from Sony stating that all production ceases to exist in ALL territories before I give the final farewell. It was a dark day when the PS1 was officially retired, and it will be a dark day when the PS2 is also completely retired.

Although I don't agree with what Gearbox has been doing lately with Borderlands 2, I'd vote it my FPS of the year.

Wow, and call it a conspiracy but Kotaku (as usual) trying to praise something on 360/PC above PS3 - in this case Minecraft when there's countless Little Big Planet (LBP) Mario levels; where's the videos/chatter about those?

If it was another site I'd at least praise the site because it's something different, and funny. Because it's kotaku this is another attempt to basically praise something that's not on a Sony platform.

I never said I saw it, I put "some" as it not me; learn to read and comprehend before jumping on someone. I made my statement below that paragraph, and as far as the whole piracy argument there's too many "What ifs" and "maybes" to really know where people stand. One can argue for it, another against it; without actual data, and talking to people first hand all we're basing opinion off of is just one side and not hearing both ends about it. Do I suppor...

The way some see it, someone already paid for the game, so why complain about 'loss of sale' when it had to be purchased in order to be put for the public?

I look at it as "if it's good, people will buy to support it over bootlegging" regardless of how cheap or broke they are. I've met people who absolutely refuse to spend $ on DVD movies because it's "Free on the internet" yet spend $ at the movie theater.....

My comp...
