Not going to happen. They are still making tons off the 3DS and can afford to take losses on the Wiiu until their next console. Hopefully they'll learn with the next console and drop the gimmicks for a more traditional console.
In regards to some things like tools, car parts yes I want American first, but in regards to video games or electronics, we generally don't care what brand it is.
And why wouldn't it? Have you played Undead Nightmare? It's one of the best dlc around, combine that with sandbox gameplay that GTA brings and hell yeah it would put it to shame. Admittedly, I've never been a huge fan of the DR series.
I wonder if R*is going to do a zombie dlc for GTA V like RDR Undead Nightmare. That would put DR to shame if they did. Do it R*.
Yeah, ban all weapons, except for the government that is. Because an unarmed people is a submissive people and only the government knows what's good for us. And hey, if you ban something that means the bad guys will never get it right, because bad guys make sure to follow the laws. /s
Look at Donnieboi's comment above. N4G PC elites like to think that the vast majority of PC gaming sales is from the hardcore gaming crowd. It's not, it's the total opposite. The vast majority of gaming sales comes from the PC gaming casual market like POGO, Facebook, Big Fish, etc. I'm not dissing it because I too play casual PC games, heck I have a steam account and a bunch of casual games on it. Don't let the PC elitists make you think different, they're too delusio...
The price is legit, but it was only supposed to be a promo price for those who bought certain graphic cards, it wasn't supposed to be available to everyone. And they can't charge you any more that .01 without your consent, you consented to .01 any further charges would be illegal.
Lol, my PC can't even dream to run this and I'm not upgrading anytime soon. Gonna sell the code on Ebay.
It's not talking about "gaming PCs", just PCs in general. This has nothing to do with gaming rigs. Your comment is irrelevant to the facts.
It's smartphones and tablets period. Most people used PCs for only the internet and the occasional essay. Now with smartphones and tablets we can have faster, better options than booting up the PC to get the info we need. If I want to check my bank account, sell/buy something on Ebay or Amazon my smartphone does the job faster and better than a PC. If my child needs to type an essay I'll boot up my decade old PC and it's done. There is absolutely no need to upgrade old PCs for t...
Thanks truthteller, but I'm the type of consumer that ALWAYS makes informed buying decisions no matter what I'm buying. The games I'm thinking of getting I've either seen gameplay or tried the demos.
I don't spend enough on Indy games, this next paycheck though I'm dedicating $60 to only Indy titles on PSN. There's a bunch of games I haven't played that deserve support.
@ aviator189, I know it's not a new IP. I meant that a game like GTA V could be the type of game that would need 10,000,000 sold to break even, I didn't mean it was the game in question. I guess I could have been more clear.
Haha, this ladies and gentlemen, is why you should never come here for financial advise. Not only is dedicatedtogamers wrong, he has no clue how corporate accounting works. What's sad are his agrees he has.
It probably depends on the game. Some have small dev teams so in that case it could be licensing for the engine or marketing. Some have HUGE dev teams and then it could be payroll depending in the size of the team including voice actors, composers, etc.
Yeah, we're talking around half a billion dollars here, definitely NOT TLOU. Would have to be something with a huge dev team, huge marketing campaign, and multiplatform development. I could see something like GTA V or Destiny.
No not retire, but Nintendo just needs to take new directions with the series like they did with the Galaxy games, as well as nurture new ips and put out games faster. If they can't rely on 3rd party devs, they need to increase 1st party devs. You can't have so many game droughts and expect to keep consumer interest.
By your admission the main story, characters and gameplay was bad. Why on Earth should people like me who felt they wasted $60 should have stuck around for dlc to sink more money into an already bad investment? Why would you call people who actually bought and played the game haters? You make no sense.
Fun gameplay > a city of NPCs any day of the week. GTA IV was a tech demo, gameplay sucked. That being said, GTA V looks like it will be a technical milestone as well as fun like GTA games should be.
I shared his sentiment about 7 years ago when I first plugged in my Wii...
