Bad analogy. It would be more akin to wanting to watch Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom on blu ray. Just like a good movie, a good game can be put on any new form of media, be it blu ray or digital.

It's about options, options are good mkay. Also don't forget that new gamers wouldn't have old systems and games to play, so for them to be able to play gems of the past is something that's good for the industry and the gamer.

My favorites as well.

No worries, hope I didn't come off as a jerk lol. There's plenty of games I love that have had horrible reviews. At the end of the day we play games WE enjoy, that's what matters. The only time I hate on a game is when the game is released in a sloppy state and is obviously a money grab. I haven't played Thief, but it does look interesting.

Games just like any good art should not follow a cookie cutter pattern. Your protest sounds to me like you would rather have one set of standards the video game industry should follow and not deviate from in order to appease the snobs of the art world who couldn't think outside of a box if they slapped with it. The best art in the world is the art that didn't conform to rules, but rather bent the rules to confirm to the artist. That's what youth should learn, "don't be ju...

It was definitely an amazing game. I remember seeing this game first in The Wizard and being in awe. I even played it in Disneyland when they had an arcade there before the game came to console. It was worth every bit of wait. Fun times...

@ Phene, paper currency would be worthless. As of now most world currency is fiat currency, post zombie apocalypse it's only value would be to start a fire. The only currency should be barterable items that would help you survive in a world like that. Maybe cans of food could be the basis of trade. X amount of cans = a torch, a light, etc. Of course I don't think the characters need to eat, but as a basis of currency it would work better and seem more realistic than government notes. ...

He is a great Youtuber and gamer. This probably won't get approved because it links straight to Youtube and not a publisher official site like cl1983 pointed out on his report, but I thought I'd give it a shot as I've seen many articles do the same before and get approved.

Either way, this is a message the N4G community needs to hear.

How about Dante, he literally went through hell for his love.

You'd be surprised. If the game is good enough and people can see that they'll sink many hours into a game they'll want to customize their characters. And paying small sums to do that on a FREE game is worth it.

Again, what misinformation would you be referring to? And if I were to buy into your false premise for a second, how then would you explain the massive success of the 3DS? Did the gathering of the Sony fanboy minds leave the 3DS out when they were planning their "smear campaigns"?

No cyguration, don't buy into his BS. It wasn't any fanboys that affected the success of the Wii U. When it comes to home consoles, the fact is the Wii was an anomaly. There is no way the Wii U could have repeated the same success. Look at the history of sales for Nintendo home consoles and you'll see this:

NES - 61.91 million
SNES - 49.10 million
N64 - 32.93 million
GAMECUBE - 21.74 million
WII - 100.90 million

Did...

strangomccloud, what misinformation would you be referring to? It's one thing blame marketing, but Sony fanboys? That's a bit reaching isn't it?

The Wii was only as a colossus hit because it had the casuals on board, plain and simple. The Wii became a household name. Then tablets, facebook games and smartphones took hold of the casual gaming market and the casuals went there. That's why it isn't doing well, it failed to bring over the casual market. As a ...

Titanfall isn't MS game, it's EA and Respawn's. What MS was hoping is that Titanfall would sell more XOnes, sales of the actual game doesn't necessarily matter to MS. As far as being the system seller as was predicted by some, that didn't happen.

Facebook is not a successful company. They lose money hand over fist every year. They've been buying up companies left and right with investors money with no profit to show in return. Facebook and twitter are both anomalies in the sense that they aren't making any profit but people still invest money in them

It's funny, nowadays about a week after a popular 1st party game releases you start seeing websites with agendas come out with either perfect scores or crappy scores. Right now this is blatantly happening with Titanfall and Infamous.

Great game, but bad in the sense that it was the game that started to get all crazy with killstreaks. Imo, killstreaks is a big part of what ruined COD.

Btw, I loved using the Mosin Nagant with iron sights I that game, so much fun.

Lol social anxiety! Take your head out of your butt please! All online shooters have become dull, it's the same crap. Spawn, kill, die, Respawn, rinse and repeat, all the while listening to obnoxious racist children. If
that's fun to you have at it, but to many it's a bore.

Last fun online shooter I played was Red Dead Redemption. It was unique and generally had a more mature player base. But if a game has no single player campaign count me out, not worth...
