It's debatable how Bungie makes the tech for their games. Many Halo fans want Bungie back but not even they could make a better tech experience. from the looks of it.

Just so you know the game's using 4k textures. not XB1 "basic" textures. they would have gone for XB1 visuals in 4k, but instead they chose 4k textures.

the engine is fine, how developers use it is another matter.
the game currently has bugs and performance issues. and the switching from gameplay to a Ben10 like cartoon, i would have liked more real-time cinemas instead.
i would rather have developers work on good story telling and believable characters. porn hub already has a video game channel for all of the video game nudity you could ever want to see.

the decision is up to the developers on how the hardware is used. you know I had a feeling gamers would misinterpret this. after reading MS's 4k clause last year. I think a new clause should instead be made for some options. one that the developers choose and some other options for different gamers.
