At some point it will be that way. one way or another. you have both cloud services and emulation running your favorite games on PC.

it's debatable. it's powerful but also has no new features from the console upgrades. it's also too expensive to put in a console within the next year. It's a $700 GPU!!!! likely this won't even be the same Navi GPU to make it to consoles.
Radeon VII is $700 and will not have ray-trace support or AI cores.
AMD specifically compared Navi to Vega architecture in the press conference.

doubt it. however, I have my own theory.
if the GT tech demo running at 8k is correct, and was running on the PS now service. then this would explain the absent partnership from AMD and Sony at this E3. considering the sheer hit and expense that would be needed in oder to make 8k possible from AMD.

I wonder what AMD will provide for the next gen. Nvidia has been pretty aggressive with their pricing. I'm not sure though if they will be much more capable for less money. ray-tracing is a pretty expensive implementation.
somewhat skeptical of the remake. gamer play-through reception pegs the remake as scary but not as scary. out of all of the coverage I've seen of the remake, the mechanics are being picked up fairly fast. which was not the case with the original.
In my opinion the remake looks great. but the original game leaves much to be desired. it had deliberate handicaps. vulnerability and awareness was a constant in every room and was the key to RE2's reception.

the XB1X already is a 4k console. chances are the upgrades of the next consoles will follow the same situation. only time will tell.
An ideal GPU inside of a console is worth $250, from AMD. currently they're shipping with 8gbs of dedicated memory. so likely the next consoles will have 16 gbs of memory. 8 gbs GPU + 8 gbs CPU. or 16gbs shared.
