Both Sony and MS are saying much less the same. only because AMD is sub-licensing the core hardware.
a possibility we are seeing the same core going into both. the only thing setting one over the other would be clock speeds. which can be tweaked with the right cooling method. PS4 in particular did not have the best cooling method for over clocking. pointing this out.
we'll know more about the details between the consoles at some point in time.

going by the naming convention everything is organized by purpose. if any materia are added they will likely be under these categories. --> Magic Materia, Command Materia, Summon Materia, Support Materia. be it a new spell or a new summon.

the gameplay animations, dialog, level design, and enemy count are lackluster. not to mention the main character looks like she has cotton in her mouth when she speaks. this game is only 2 months away from launching. visually a major step back from QB.

can't please everyone. they can probably add the original models for fun. if not there's always mods, for the inevitable pc version.
the game is months away from launch and all they keep showing is the same location and the same characters.
if this was exclusive this would have been blasted for sure.

the last time Cloud ever met and last saw sephiroth was in cloud's home town Nibelheim.
also Aerith doesn't give cloud a flower. someone accidentally bumps into Aerith making her fall down. Cloud then has the option to either disrespect her or sympathize. upon sympath...

they're not tampering games, they're selling them. so i could care less.
And Epic has every right to make their own decisions and support their own launcher with games.
attacking them destroys the idea of a free market and choices in favor of a monopoly.
