just one question. did you buy it directly from steam? if not then the disclaimer in the kickstarter stands.
by steam policy you would be entitled a refund.

OB1Biker "from a pure processing perspective"

T-flops is from a processing perspective. flops = floating point operations per-second. it's the measurement in processing compute power.

anyways, Microsoft just confirmed it to have Unmatched power.

I hope that MS considers making a bundle version of this. a single purchase bundle that offers both a physical and a stream-able version to take with you wherever you go. a killer deal if this comes to fruition.

"PS5 Vs Project Scarlett - What We Know So Far"

Both of them left out figures. sony went first followed by MS.

"now is the worst time to buy a new video game console"

PC experiences none of this. the games i bought 15 years ago will still play on 2025+ hardware. a fact to consider from pc gaming.

Uncapped frame rate and settings like the Crash trilogy would be great for this on pc. can't wait to see this old series again.

yes and no. action is great but in FFXV there was no real strategy. which destroys the purpose of a materia system. only time will tell how the new system works.

the future - pc is going to have a party.
cloud gaming from both sony, MS and youtube/google. Epic game store, Steam. and then 3rd party emulation.

the sheer fact that thousands of gamers thought Hidden Agenda appeared as upgraded Decima Engine based game says a lot about UE4. also says a lot about the fanboysm kicking in.

Mixed. for casual work it's not so bad. i'm not sure about the learning curve but if there is any you might as well use Unit5 or UE4 which have a lot of friendly support. plus they have support for production quality importing/exporting game assets.

spoilers alert in this thread. Everyone has their opinions.
anyways, original story was intense and i'd rather the remake be like the original.
I'm more interested in the exploration, original materia system, supporting classic models and soundtrack. and the future of FFVII, any branching story.
