I would have to agree. I look at the current generation of consoles and in no way say (from a graphical stand point) that we need new hardware. Sure maybe one more improvement may be seen but I don't see it justifying new consoles. I would think that it would move to online, we need to improve the lag, glitch, and over all smoothness that comes with the online gaming age.
This seems like a good deal, but to ensure my day one pick up and utilizing my RewardZone I'll probably just go to my local BestBuy.
I wonder about the BC myself both for the 720 and the ps4. Graphic and Quality wise I could see this generation lasting well into the next (at least for me) So yes I would love to continue to own my 360/ps3 library along side the 720/ps4.
With the drought of the summer game season I have Red Dead Redemption. I also picked up Bioshock 2 off of this list for HALF OFF YAY! Now just need to pick up Bioshock 1 and I can start the bioshock series!!!
my question would be how much do they think the slim will cost? I'm still working on my launch system so an upgrade would be nice.....it might look funny next to my phat ps3 but o well.
That is my same response. After the issues with IW activision is no longer getting my money....I will however get it used about 6 months later, if nothing else for the story......aside from that it's MEDAL OF HONOR!!!! all the way for multiplayer!!!!
Can give me that feeling that swg did when it first launched. When swg first launched I was like a kid in a candy store, felt like a great community with great rpg aspects. Then the NGE came along and screwed that all up. Here's to hoping SW:TOR can bring that back.
something I've always wondered about on my ps3. On the console itself you have two buttons, the center button which ejects and the button on the right that turns on off? I always turn my ps3 on/off using the controller....but I find even if I wanted to I can't turn it off using the button on the front of the console.
yep same here. And if it wasn't for the lag I'd be on BFBC2...but alas, I'm on Red Dead Redemption atm.
Everyone not having blu-ray is a bummer in terms of me being able to watch them at a friends house. That's why when it came to owning my beloved Band of Brothers I bought it both on DVD and Blu-Ray.
I just hope it can live up to what star wars galaxies was when it originally released. Just don't ruin it like star wars galaxies did later on.
Picked up Red Dead Redemption last night because of the drought. I had nothing else until the fall release with which I have like 12 games planned. Might also get Bioshock as well and slowly work on that story.
I never played the original Force unleashed. I am and was however an avid star wars fan and player of star wars galaxies. I know exactly what you mean by star wars no longer sticking to it's roots. Here's to hoping they can start making games that get back to the roots of what star wars is.
I'm very much a person of quality of quantity. The lists were pretty spot on with what I own but I did feel like it missed a few, i.e. Halo 3 and Heavy Rain. The article was good and it actually makes me tempted to start a forum topic on the subject.
I am not a western guy or a GTA guy. But I'm so amazing bored and have nothing to play until the fall I'm seriously considering picking this up. The only GTA game I'm looking forward to is LA Noire.
I've been tempted to by BFBC2 but I hear like mw2 it kind of had a fall from grace with glitches/lagg......I just hope MOH doesn't have the same issues. I just worry that two shooters back to back have had issues so I worry if this is going to become the norm. :(
when it comes between MOH and COD, MOH is getting my day one buy. COD i'll pick up some months down the road cheaply used. MOH IS A DAY ONE THOUGH!!!
MOH is my day one buy......this can be a buy but it'll have to wait a few months after release to get purchased used.
I never buy this crap but the bobba fett is cool.
MOH all the way!!!
