I ended with 3 games last fall, at it's current rate I have 12 this holiday.
it's like bigfoot, on one hand they flat out say it doesn't exist, on the other there is all this evidence and hinting. I would have to say there is a twisted metal floating out their somewhere.
I'm excited to see more on medal of honor, la noir, agent, and the last guardian.
the thing I don't know for sure and really what to hear about is the 360slim rumors.
I never got into the GTA series, maybe it's the whole gangster thing.....but I am VERY excited for Agent and LA Noir, so hope to hear more about them at E3.
you could do the hard like cardboard netflix box things like you get in the mail?
One: The eco-box makes should stick around, after all no one can deny the fact that we are entering a part in human history with its population size that we can't continue to just waste resources.
Two: The end of the article brought up a good point that you can easily cut out plastic from above and below the disk, to cut it out around the disk, the most important thing needing protection, is a little loony.
We already glorify underage pregnancy as it is (teen moms or whatever mtv has running) now a video game console is doing it? What is this world coming to?
I loved swg until the nge. so heres hoping bioware can give me the same feeling.
I hope this lives up to the feeling that star wars galaxies gave me when it first launched.
I thought they shut home down?
Don't get me wrong it looks like a great game in its own right, being a cart racer. But I think it's being compared to LBP too much and thus compared to LBP it is pretty average. I will be picking it up when it lowers in price a little though.
I don't want to be shelling out another grand for the next gen. I mean who wants to throw money down the toilet? I hope sony and ms both keep this console cycle going till lets say at least 2012. It's just hard to see a justification for a next generation right now. I still have plunty of gaming to do before I say we need a new generation.
Wish they threw in some of there mini series like Band of Brothers.
I definately agree with you in that making games that are more realistic and not some nut with a bazooka are alot more satisfying to me. When you scew to far from reality it's hard to understand in my opinion.
I also agree that games that are more authentic and protray real events like the D-day landing or MOH Afgahnistan do alot more justice to the people and to history than some unrealistic bs.
But all and all I agree with you 100% and do wish more ...
I never got into the GTA series, didn't like the whole Gangster thing. But Red Dead Redemption I really have enjoyed because it's not gangster lol. LA Noire also looks AMAZING!
Yes and No. Prior to the 360 and ps3 games were roughly $50, then they went to $60, a $10 dollar increase to deal with the upgrade to HD. If anything I would say that having the same price for everything is the problem, $60 for a AAA and $60 for a D video game. If anything it should be leveled accordingly.
I'm 22 but old fashioned. I like my standard controllers and tvs.....none of this viritual reality, 3D, WII crap. Just give me good graphics and a good tv and I'm set.
I support this like white on rice and really hope it does well. So in that respect yes I hope it takes COD off it's thrown.
they are willing to keep kids away from the lottery, smoking, drinking, even R rated movies, they even praise it. you don't see parents complain about those things and yet they complain when video games do it.
I just finished bioshock for the first time and let me tell you it was AMAZING just like everyone said. The ending was a little scratch your head style, but all and all it was good. It just leaves me wondering what's to come in 2, 3, ect.
