Good for Sony! This crap is broken.
Sell it as "early access" and make clear that you will expect:
- Crashes
- Abysmal Framerate
- Broken AI
Otherwise, just put it back there after the patches they have promised (and that I doubt will take a month or two)
Will probably be $30 by next month or so...let's see if they have actually fixed it.
Insomniac is seriously one of the most reliable studios around.
Can't wait for Ratchet & Clank and the eventual Spiderman 2.
Their games are some of the few I have no problem preordering....I know they will be great.
Well deserved. I haven't finished it yet (because of "You died" and stuff).
But it's a brilliant game. Beautiful, punishing, exciting and extremely well coded on PS5.
I guess misleading customers is profitable.
Probably 60% of those sales come from people who read reviews for the PC version and got a barely-playable console version.
So if Microsoft will not be overhyping.....then what exactly will they do?
This is great news! Insomniac is on fire. Can't wait to go back and Platinum Miles Morales once I can beat Demons Souls 🙈
Most of the games they are hyping now are extremely early in development 🤷♂️ some might not even release (or will be scaled back versions).
If Halo is mismanaged, what gives you confidence in lesser/new IPs?
"None of the games you want to play this season are there....but it's great value"
What is happening?!?! Do we know what is bottlenecking Series X or is it just crappy development tools?
Never good when you have to constantly remind your audience that they can trust you......
There's different approaches to exclusivity.
For example, Nintendo totally deserves Bayonetta 3. They basically made it happen. Same goes to Sony and Shenmue 3.
Microsoft buying Bethesda could go the other way....if they keep all their games exclusive they might never be profitable.
That's the kind of exclusive that affects the industry. Limit sales and waste money only because you have it.
The Series S keeps getting destroyed in every video 😅 I was shocked to see some games running sub-720p.
Not hard to disagree. It was clearly not ready to launch and it shows.
One of the most mediocre launches is history from one of the big players. Even systems like the Vita launched with decent exclusive software.
Microsoft for the last decade has been asking gamers to "wait a year or two to be blown away".
The PS5 already has arguably the best "1st year " lineup. Even if we remove launch titles:
- Gran Turismo 7
- Horizon Forbidden West
- God of War Ragnarok
- Ratchet & Clank
That alone is enough.....and I'm not even counting multiplatform titles and unannounced releases.
Truly a wonderful remake. I'm new to the series but I'm really enjoying my time with the game.
Needless to say I suck at it and the first 3 hours or so were hell. I'm slowly making progress and having fun with the amazing graphics, music and gameplay.
Really amazing that this is a launch title.
Can't wait to see what Blue Point is releasing next.
It seems like whatever momentum Microsoft had, it's mostly gone. Most TV shows and media talk about the PS5....wouldn't be surprised if many casual gamers have heard very in little about the new Xbox.
The lack of next gen games is certainly not helping.
Well deserved.
They delivered an amazing system with good games. Just finished Astro and Miles Morales and currently suffering through Demons Souls.
Always talking about future games 😒
What exactly did they launch with?
30 FPS and no crashes.
Am I being unrealistic?
