Can't wait to see how PS4 games run on PS5.
I just sold my PSVR hoping that a next gen version will eventually release (hopefully with much better tracking and controllers).
If the Oculus Quest 2 can sell for $299 while doing all the processing, Sony should be able to offer something really competitive next year.
The Last of Us 2 is truly spectacular. After I finished playing it felt weird playing other similar games.
It just felt like the animations in particular and the acting were truly AAA quality.
Horizon was also a surprisingly competent game, mostly because of how ambitious it was. It shouldn't work but somehow it does and really well.
I would include Breath of the Wild as my third title. The way you can literally go EVERYWHERE and pl...
Each country is a different story. I live in Japan and physical is the way to go. It's really easy to trade in games and you can get really good money.
Just sold my copy of Breath of the Wild for $50 and Ghost of Tsushima for $45.
So usually I buy the game and sell it right after I finish it to buy the next.
Never played the original but already pre-ordered the remake and Miles Morales to go with the PS5. Hopefully Amazon will deliver it day one 😅
Not sure what's going on but Japan is not doing much better.
Japanese retailers LOVE holding lotteries (basically you register your email, and if you win you get a preorder).
It's relatively fair but even that was a mess. I was lucky to get an Amazon preorder but only because my husband helped. We were both trying and nothing was showing until it magically appeared in his cart.
Rakuten (the other big online store) crashed immedi...
Surprisingly good news! I will finally play Persona 5 and Monster Hunter World.
Hopefully the PS5 will improve old-gen games.
Wow.....I did NOT expect this rumor to be true! Specially the 2021 release date 👏👏👏
It looks absolutely gorgeous 🔥
Now deciding whether to get the regular or the ultimate edition that includes a remaster of the original game + dlc
They say many things 🤷♂️
The one thing they don't do is deliver killer exclusives or even bother showing actual gameplay running on final hardware.
I would be surprised if they can announce anything to "steal all of Sony's thunder".
Most games that do well on Switch are published by Nintendo so they won't be there tomorrow.
Last time we got a Burnout re-release for $50.
I love how Microsoft is trying to suddenly explain that Teraflops don't mean anything after months of saying otherwise.
The Series S is designed to be cheap.
I guess people really want to play old games instead of new since MS hasn't bothered showing any actual Next Gen footage 🤷♂️
Don't believe all the rumors.
Even if true, the rumor said they were going form 15 to 11 million consoles (still a ton).
It's not like back during the PS3 era where they had 2 million units for the launch period and it was impossible to buy one for months.
I've had ZERO problem buying a PS4, PS4 Pro and Switch at lunch so I'm not worried about PS5.
The key is preordering.....here we are, 3 years later...
It's interesting because the same fans who claimed that the Series X would DESTROY the PS5 because of the extra 1.7 TF, seem to also believe that the Series S will look just as good with 4 TF 🤷♂️
I gotta give them credit....new videos every 2 days and they find ways to release ZERO game footage 🤣
Actually could be the opposite....that would explain why this is releasing for a limited time only.
Let's hope that next year Nintendo will FINALLY give gamers a decent selection of legacy titles to choose from.
To be fair, Nintendo has never pretended to put a lot of effort re-releasing old titles 🤷♂️
That's how they profit like crazy....see how many copies they've sold at $60 of old Wii U ports.
Why bother remastering if they are selling? (I think they should, but the probably won't).
Lol.....then why are game boxes full of logos, consoles, marketing terms and limitations?

I know they are trying to make it sound simple and streamlined....but it's really not.
A lot of it will come down to availability.
You will have the Switch going for $299 but probably sold out everywhere and with very dated graphics, then Microsoft trying to sell GamePass with very low entry prices and the PS5 doing a more traditional console.
