Does anyone expect Sony to come out and say Wii Motion Plus or Kinect is better than Move? Of course not, that would be ridicules.
That being said, the reason I bought a Move was to play Sorcery. It should have been a launch game all along, I think Move was marketed wrong, Sony tried to market it to hardcore gamers and they should have just marketed it to gamers, much like what Nintendo and Microsoft does. Don't label it and don't alienate it.
I alway...
I was going to buy this one when it was supposed to come out last year, but when they delayed it I ended up getting the new Gears 3 console.
This one looks really nice though, no doubt Microsoft will push a lot of these out the door. I do have the Star Wars Kinect game pre-ordered though, been looking forward to it since I first heard of it a couple of years ago.
The guy says Fable is stale and than goes on to say Dragon Age 2 is good.....Something weird about that.
I admit that Fable 3 wasn't overall as good as Fable 2, but it was still enjoyable and easily fixable as well.
As for the Halo issue, we've not had a proper Halo with the Chief since 2007, so I think 5 years is a long enough wait and it looks like 343i is changing up some things and giving us a more story driven Halo game.
As for Z...
Haze was pretty bad, that's the game and reason why we have no Star Wars Battlefront 3 right now. Free Radical had some amazing tech for the next Battlefront game and the game itself was almost finished, but Haze came out and flopped harder than a 500 pound man in a pool and Free Radical and their tech and SWBF3 all went the way of the dinosaur.
Its a shame really.
I think "Jumper" the game based off the movie is probably the worst game this ge...
Pretty sure its been confirmed that there is no Cell in the next PlayStation. Since it would be next to impossible to emulate that, I don't see how and PS4 could have BC as a function, plus its Sony we are talking about here.
I don't exactly believe everything, but this is getting reported by several different places now.
Does anyone really doubt the code names for the next Microsoft and Sony projects are Durango and Orbis?
We'v...
So far, I'm liking the rumors of the Wii U the most of the big three companies.
They are allowing backwards compatibility, implementing a better online, capable of full 1080p graphics and smooth 60 FPS to boot.
Where as Microsoft and Sony are taking away used games and its pretty clear Sony isn't giving us backwards compatibility.
Looks like Nintendo are actually listening to people, while Microsoft and Sony are forcing what they wan...
Got mine pre-ordered!
Here's hoping all this stuff about the next Xbox and the next PS3 are bogus.
I don't buy a ton of used games, but I do share some with my brother, who is in school and cant really afford a ton of new games all the time.
No backwards compatibility, no used games and probably a $500 price tag? I really wish these companies would think about the consumers that have made video games so big, instead of being greedy for every last nickel.

Everyone wanted a HD Wii, that is what we are getting. With an added tablet like controller to give this new console an edge factor.
I think its probably going to be more powerful than the current consoles, which is good. There wont be a huge noticeable difference next generation like there was this generation.
Also, after all the things we've heard about Sony and Microsoft and the lack of backwards compatibility and the lack of the ability to buy used g...
Seems like they would be putting unneeded tech in the next console. TV's aren't even good enough to use those specs, it sounds like it would be expensive too, like $500-$600 expensive.
I had hoped to be able to buy all the new next gen consoles at launch this time around, but if these things are going to go for huge prices and have a bunch of unnecessary tech, I might wait.
What is the deal with the lack of backwards compatibility? I mean I don't...
I think this kind of goes without saying. Microsoft paid to publish the games and thus it cant be published on another console.
What happened with Mass Effect was different because Microsoft only had an agreement to publish the first game, based on their previous relationship with Bioware that saw KOTOR and Jade Empire as Xbox exclusives last generation.
When EA bought out Bioware, they didn't really have a choice in the matter. Still, because the first game was...
I'm sure you fully support EA and their games though right? Funny how that works these days, people here hate on Activision but EA is 10x worse in every way.
Monopolize the NFL license
Pump out the same sports games every year
Online passes
Origin
Day one DLC
Close down servers to force people to buy the new games
Ruin franchises and companies like Bioware, Mass Effect and Dragon Age.
The list goes on and on, but hey...
I like the Vita, but I think it'll be hard pressed to top Nintendo and the 3DS, which seems to always hold the number one spot.
I guess you could make a troll account and throw a hissy fit over it?
My advice, get over it and stop trolling.
Hopefully he ends up somewhere successful, I doubt it'll have the level of success or notoriety of where he left, but he can still do some good things.
I wouldn't have been so cool, calm or collected with all the ignorant people trolling me all day either.
Why would you hope for a game to be a miss? There are certain games I'm not a fan of, but in this economy and this day and age of studio closures I'd think all gamers would stick together at least somewhat for the greater good. Even if its not your particular cup of tea.
If you don't like Kinect or Star Wars than don't buy it, but there is probably people out there that are looking forward to it.
I would never want nor wish for a game to fail...
The game has a ton of pre-orders already and its got a ton of advertising as well as a Star Wars themed Xbox 360 console with Kinect. I think its all but confirmed to be huge.
I'm sure some people will like it and other wont, that is the nature of the business and we all have our own particular tastes.
I have it pre-ordered, my son is a huge Star Wars fan and he loves Kinect.
I tend to stick with more action, controller based games, but ...
It offers different game modes, including a story mode where you play as a jedi. The movements of Kinect track a Lightsaber fine as far as I can tell.
Basically what your saying is that people are upset here because its not a Move game?
There are other game modes, but I got to try the pod racing demo at a Microsoft store and its quite fun and not clunky at all.
I think this is a Star Wars game for any type of gamer or Star Wars fan.

He was a pretty good front man, I don't think he actually had very much to do with the actual making of Call Of Duty though.
He might have complained about all the hacks or something and got fired for it? I don't know, its difficult to speculate. He was definitely the face of Call Of Duty though, this comes as a shock for sure.
Hopefully they keep it simple like COD4. These guys also made the ultra crappy MW2, which started the trend of complicated killstreaks, weapons, perks and everything else.
I just wish they would go back to simple 3, 5 and 7 killstreaks and keep things tactical.
If they make something more like MW2, it'll be a skip for me.
Hard to say these guys are building any momentum when we haven't seen or heard anything from them since they got...
