I have a group I play with that totals around five or six at a time. In hardcore we avoid team killers by filling the lobby with my guys and playing tactically. We rarely get the glitchers on the PS3 version and the noob tubes and camping is just normal for COD. People play what they like and I like MW2, so sue me. If you don't like it just don't play it but for god sakes, don't hate on people for playing it. It just doesn't make sense to hate on folks for playing what they like.

Then Sony should be interested in buying into this tech and supporting by having it on the lable of the box the PS3 comse in. This would be a huge selling point to get new users into the PS3 and supporting the web browser option the PS3 offers.
So it is safe to say that there is a core group that will buy this game but I too doubt that the game will exceed 3 to 4 million in lifetime sales. But PS3 owners understand, it does not take huge sales to claim a game a success or to even call it a great game for that matter.

This has been going on since the release of the PS3. Meta and those that are allowed to write articles submitted into meta are all bias to a degree. Some worse than others and it is a known fact that if games like this are multiplatform, the Xbox only sites will be giving the games higher scores for the title than the PS only sites. Some of the movies around 10 to 15 bucks are older movies that have been re-released on BD so that is to be expected but just because a movie is older, like say, The Dark Knight, doesn't mean it is not a great deal when you can get it for less than 15 bucks.
Heck, I just did a check on Amazon and I can pick up any one of over 633 movies on Blu-Ray for under 15 bucks and over 200 of those are less than 10 dollars and more recent than you might think.

Much like the Xbox 360 itself, they are going to ship it at the lowest possible cost using the most inexpensive means of hardware. It might give you the impression that it is a great product at first but it will not be more than the PS Eye-Toy when it is all said and done.
Exactly, especially when the majority of games run 8 to 10 hours and for 60 bucks I can get 4 to 5 BD movies that will give me the same number of hours of entertainment. If you say paying 15 bucks is too much for a movie then you need to look back when people were paying 79.99 for a VHS copy of Aliens back in the 80's. And in my opinion, if I can get a DVD for 5 bucks or the BD version that will look and sound much better for 10 bucks, then it is BD for me. If not for you then so be it.
There have been articles written expressing how corporations even base game sequels on the Meta score. When corporate boards decide bonuses on the scores, you have to agree that the scores are important to both the developer and to the gamer. If you want to see more of a good thing, you want to see the meta score as high as it can go because it only helps solidify the idea that a sequel is on the horizon.
From what I understand, it is pretty tough to scratch a BD and that alone makes buying used a no worry situation. I rent and purchase BD movies all the time and have never paid more than 15 bucks for a movie. People just need to be wise and shop around.
I can forgive Morgan her huge jaw since she does have other assets to mind but Sessler, nothing is going for that guy. On the other hand, Morgan sounds like an idiot but she is somewhat photogenic.

It was about that time I came to the fact that paying to play online was silly and have never looked back. I have since then played many games online and have had a great time doing so. It does amaze me that a 24 hour glitch gets more press than a full weak of downtime for Live during the busiest time of the year. It's almost LOL funny but not quite.
The games industry is doing fairly well. Seeing Sony predicted to sell 300,000 units and then go on to sell another 140,000 in Japan alone, it is safe to say that the PS3 will outsell the 360 yet again. Good to see Sony on track as they have been since day one. A few bumps in the road won't keep the gaming industry giant from waffling.
You simply buy the best version for what ever console if you have them all. If you have only one console then you buy that game. It's a no-brainer.

As for the shortages, they have been having this issue since the launch of the Slim and if they can get it resolved in the up coming weeks then we will see some huge sales in the months to come. It's nice to see Sony experiencing what Ninty was a couple years back.
It was massive. Massive sounds, massive explosions, massive fun. The story was an after thought but who cares when they made blowing up buildings so much fun. The battles were outrageous and if they make another FPS as fun as BLACK, then they get my vote for greatness.
Prior to today, not all major studios offered their content in HD for purchase on the PSN. Now the PSN has something available from each of them in HD and for purchase, not just rental. You folks arguing about the word news are entertaining... for the first few posts but now are boring so please, keep the spam to the open zone.
Kudos to Sony for walking the walk instead of offering the world and simply delivering sub-HD content like the others.
