If this game is anything in the same rank of Max Payne then it will make a for a decent rental.
I tend to play MW2, hardcore team deathmatch exclusively and do not drift towards other game modes and find that I do not encounter the glitches and hacks that most complain about. I do however agree with IW, the haters talk the talk but they do not walk the walk. Why is this? Because no matter how much they want to hate on MW2, it is still more fun than any other game out there. You can deny it and hate me too but it is not going to change the fact that MW is a blast and there are way more p...
There had been a few patches for the glitches prior to the release of BF:BC2. I am sure that Infinity Ward is not worried about the sales of a second rate shooter like BF:BC2. Sorry, but the sales show that IW has nothing to worry about...
The MW2 hate is actually funny these days. It's gotten so out of hand yet there are millions playing the game and the games sells more than any other shooter around and yet the hate continues. Sounds like a very vocal minority to me. lol
Holy crap the PS3 is killing over there in the land of the rising sun. The sales of Japan alone make up for any gap between the PS3 and the 360 in North America. Then you have the other regions where the PS3 is making a killing and boom, you have top sales.
This is definitely big. Especially with the fact that trophies are much better than a random number, this will get people to reinvest in some of the old classics. This could also be the reason why we are not seeing supper for backwards comparability.
So when the Sony move is off you simply change the batteries but what do you do for the latency in the natal?
Some would argue that it doesn't take a motion controller to make you look like a retard... Or at least post like one.
If you are not interested in motion control, then don't post about it...
In the end, the number of people playing the game are the deciding factor. If the majority of gamers play MW2 then it is the winner in terms of popularity and must be doing something right to keep the players in the game. If it is the other way around then of course, the same goes for BC2.
I suspect however that the tide turns in favor of MW2 since it has not only sold a ton more than BC2 but is currently host to a multitude more players than BC2.
It's not just that, it's a combination of things. One, the PS3 titles have always come under a greater deal of scrutiny from the media so when they give a PS3 game a score of 10, it's more like a 12 so even the mediocre games tend to be good titles but since the media is so overly harsh on the PS3 they tend to bring the average down. Second, the titles that were released during the 360's first year had no competition so the scores were higher since they had nothing "next gen" to com...
"That's the most stupid thing I've ever heard. Engines don't have such limitations. The only limitations you have is on the platform you build your game on to. If you think your engine is maxed out, you need a new computer."
Thanks for the unwarranted insults. Try and be less abrasive next time you enter into a discussion. You obviously missed my point and rather than taking the adult way about questioning my logic you simply hurled attacks. Way to go...
Look at the damage control going on here. The Xbox Defense Force sure hates the fact that the PS3 has the best percentage of quality titles.
That the PS3, despite having been released a full year after the 360 is leading in quality titles. Not only does the PS3 offer quality hardware but they offer the highest quality in games. This is something that does not surprise me but to those who didn't know Sony's historic presence in gaming, this is a pleasant bit of news.
Each code is different and when a devs says maximized they mean for their engine. A maximized engine by EA could look and feel completely different than a maximized engine by Naughty Dog. It's an engine thing.
The game is going to be awesome. He walks the talk so there is no doubt that what he brings to the table will be fun.
Halo would release this year around the Fall time frame and Killzone would release around February/March of 2011. There would be plenty of time for gamers to save for both. To say that Killzone 3 is getting beat back by Halo Reach is silly fanboy talk.
As for Fox, Kratos would make Master Chief into mince meat and then spread him on toast and feed him to the titans for breakfast. Chief has nothing on Kratos and is an embarrassment to the title Spartan.
They show us exactly how ignorant the journalists are getting and have been over the years. Most of thee journalists were not even around when the PSone launched and cannot make a connection between the launch of the PSone, PS2 and the PS3. Sony has been very consistent between each launch and the sales of each console have been very close. The PS3 was the first of the three to hit the market at such a high price tag but despite the huge price tag it is still selling and has sold faster than ...
Forza 2 was less fun and likewise... Forza 3 was even less fun. Carbon copies of the same game are not going to get anymore fun just because you let some punks paint hentia on the side of their cars. Sorry, but Forza has nothing on GT.
I would rather them release it when it is ready by the standards of Polyphony Digital and not to the substandard levels of acceptability that is found in most Forza fans. I would take one GT5 over a dozen years of pathetic excuses of racing games. When we get our hands on GT5, all arguments about it being delayed will be forgotten and the game will once again show why GT is the series that sets the bar and makes the standards for Racing Sims on the console.
It can easily support older games with a simple update. This is what Move is all about. Supporting the player and making the gamers happy.
